Had the best food and a great time this morning here. The employees are amazing here and the food was extra good. The entire family enjoyed their meal and we made a friend in Dannie one of the hard working individuals that makes this location special. You’ve got to stop in here!

I gave the food a 3 only because of waffle. It was very thin and doughy. They made us a second one it was the same way. I believe the mix was not made properly. They are usually the best! Other than that the food was delicious.

I arrived at this waffle house, and the staff simply told me that they could not serve me because there were no cooks, they really do not have any appreciation for customers, why have an assumption 24 hour service if you are not going to have service, it is better to close the store permanently and avoid the trouble of stopping there for nothing. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Ordered online to go. There is a “supply fee” for every meal item on your ticket ($2.29/meal) which surprised me. Okay, that sucks but fine. Get food home and realize the eggs with cheese that you pay extra for had no cheese. We had no syrups or jams in the bag and no utensils. Never had a problem with any other Waffle House but I probably won’t return to this one. Food itself wasn’t bad and was ready when I got there so at least there’s that.

What on earth is going on at this restaurant? Horrible Horrible waiters. Why did they get my order wrong twice? Not only that . I ordered my daughter a chocolate chop waffle and they literally threw peanut butter chips on top????? Good thing my kid didn’t have an allergy. They put my side of toast on my friends plate and expected me to take it off her plate and said they are saving me money? Whattttttt? I was so mad. They do not pay attention. This place has took a horrible turn. Have you seen that sanitation rating? …. not coming here again. Get it together. Take peoples orders seriously because people do not eat certain things. Annoyed.

Ordered online, went to pick up 30 minutes later, order had not even been started. The cook had apparently gone outside to smoke and never got my order. So while working on another order the cook, Skylar attempted to do 2 orders at once and failed big time! My eggs sat cooked and uncovered for 6 minutes. Yes, I actually timed it. The hash browns were burnt to a crisp because they were just left sitting on the grill the entire time and she forgot to cook the bacon. After 45 minutes, I finally just refused the plate and am waiting on a refund!

Pulled up to an empty parking lot at 9pm on a Sat night…that should have been my sign. Bar chairs were on counter as if they were about to close. One employee inside. Obviously, not happy to be there confirmed by his less than enthusiastic response to my questioning if they were open. Co-workers outside by dumpster sitting on buckets. Wiff of some loud smoke. Tables dirty. 91.5 health rating made my decision to bale much easier. Knightdale location isn’t any better imho either. Sucks bcuz Waffle Houses in this area were really good once upon a time.

I had a different but ending up as a nice visit… One of the waitresses was having a bad day… Someone took her tip money off the table ..at first she was not pleasant…however she ended up apologizing and being very pleasant…I doubled my tip… They depend on those tips…
