The food was good, but the people working there were absolutely miserable. Walked in and EVERY single table was dirty!! Waitress was messing with the jukebox and looked at us like “ why y’all here”. Had to remind her over and over to bring me things that I ordered. But it was good when I got it. The food was cooked very well actually. I’m worried about this generation though.

We love Waffle House and used to eat here frequently but now every time we go, they’re doing “to-go” orders only. There were at least three employees and two were just sitting at the counter. It’s just really frustrating.

We enjoyed coming here in the past but the cook/server Kaylah’s loud mouthing and arguments with other staff trying to do their jobs showed her unprofessionalism, complaining about pay and coworkers, loudly arguing with our server over the orders he put in for our food, and she forgot to make a waffle and claimed he never told her yet we all heard him tell her. She is petty and a awful cook. Burnt all the bacon and toast we got and the waffle was darker than usual as well. Best hope she isn’t working when you eat here or you may as well go get Mcdonald’s.

What’s not to love about a Waffle House? This location is our favorite. The crew knows who we are and what we like when they see us walk through the door. Their waffles beat out just about any other restaurant around. Their hashbrowns are always on point and a must have. And if you’ve not tried the grilled chicken hashbrown bowl then you’re definitely missing out.

We stopped in after a stay at Pocahontas State Park. There is a cook there by the name of Willie. He is beyond amazing!! The food was perfect, made faster than fast, and the store was clean and tidy. Would gladly revisit them! Everyone was friendly and cheerful, food tastes good, and the service was completely perfect.

Well when I walked in I was greeted very nicely by the staff. I went to the restroom to use it and noticed that it was very how you say needs to be worked on. The sink as well as the toilet was very grungy. It was stocked I did not like also that there was no paper towels and the and dryer did not work. When my waitress came up to the booth that I was sitting in. She asked do what would I like to drink and do I need a menu. I ordered my food and drink. It was prepared very well. I don’t know if the waitress that was serving me at the time was being pushy or being nice by asking me is everything okay. I’m not too sure saying that most of my experiences with servers and all restaurants that I’ve gone to have only ever really touched bases on the time that I’ve been there. They only touched base about three times at the beginning when I sat down when I was eating to check up on me and at the end when they are collecting the money for the check. The place outside us look clean I was also very concerned because of my visit a cop happened to come in not looking to eat by the way looking to do something. All right that’s my experience at waffle House thank you for your time.

Holy cow is this place absolutely delicious. The waffles are amazing and the hash browns are even better. It’s the best comfort food around. The staff is friendly and quick on their feet. It’s fascinating to watch this kitchen function like a well oiled machine. Will definitely be going back. Also the place is really clean.
