Been coming to Waffle House for years and the service here was by far the worst I have received. Had a very sweet server initially but she was overtaken by another one who gave careless service. Their main priority was talking to their coworkers, hanging outside and speaking on the phone. Took forever to take our order and when they did, neglected to write anything down hence the food coming to the table incorrectly and the waffle coming way later than everything else. Barely approached the table through out to make sure we were okay. Needless to say I never got my food how I asked and probably won’t come here again.

Everything is complicated and they thought the tea was coffee and when you need a refill you have to wait like 20 minutes until the waitress comes by. We also ordered sausage and bacon with our breakfast meal and they never ever cooked the sausage nor the bacon.

I love the all star, I get the same thing everytime. I go here often and compared to most other Waffle House in the area they provide the best customer service and better prepared dishes. I have been to many waffles houses where my order has to always get done over due to my eggs being skimmed or my waffle being thin or I am missing something. Mistakes do occur especially when it’s busy, however it hasn’t happen since I stared going to this one located on Hopkins.
