I ordered from them.for the past 3 yrs maybe the fact that this is the first time I’ve ordered mozzarella fries, and it’s hair in my fries the manager said he would remake them and to send the bad order back. I never received my new fries and they just lost a customer. I literally order from them 3 times a week if not more

I place a order for a corned beef and turkey hoagie who puts mustard on top of the hoagie everything with wet I ask for a 20oz ginger ale I received a 2 liter and charged for it was well.SMH my French fries was cold in a bag with lot of ketup could not eat then. Not sure what happen today but my experience was not good

Unfortunately, I’ll never return to this pizzeria. I went and picked up my order, got it home and saw they gave me the wrong pizza. I called them and they had me bring the pizza back while they made my correct order. I asked what they were going to do with the returned pizza, I was told they were going to throw it in the trash. I said I would take it instead of them wasting it and I was told I would have to pay for it, no one gets pizza for free. I said I wanted to make sure they weren’t going to serve it to someone else (I opened it in my house) and was told “we don’t do that here”. The pizza sat on the pick up rack the entire time I was there waiting for my correct pizza, not once did the manager take the returned pizza in the back and throw it away. I will never go back for fear of being served a returned order.

This is how my two pizzas were delivered. One looked like it had been dropped. We used to order from Wadsworth frequently. After speaking with the manager about my order and his refusal to rectify the situation we will not be ordering from this establishment again. I don’t appreciate having my money wasted and poor customer service.

This place has gone down both in customer service and quality of food. I have been ordering from them about three years, since I moved around here. The staff used to be friendly and would never get your order wrong. The food used to be good quality and good portions. the last order I got just now was literally the last order for me! the staff was kind of short and rude, and the food has not been fresh or good.

I have ordered from here several times. Most recently have gotten a hoagie. Both times I feel like there was only one slice of meat. I won’t be coming back at least not for hoagie , I let it go the first time thinking it was a isolated incident but I was wrong. I concur with the others about how front desk staff are somewhat rude. If you are busy when I come to the front , say “I’ll be with you in a min” , not completely ignore you until 30 seconds later. Need front customer service retraining and more meat added to sandwiches, especially hoagies.

Zero stars I place my order at 9pm they deliver it around 10:45 that’s when they are closed I live 6 minutes away food is cold and not even done I ordered cheesesteak platter. Rude owner and driver they like to hang up phone in middle conversation $17.42 gone.
