I have to give it to Wade’s for what they offer. Quick service and Homestyle cooking. I ordered fried chicken breast and leg with coleslaw and fried Okra. I took a yeast roll. The yeast roll is heaven sent like home made dinner rolls. Fried chicken was better than most juicy and crispy. Coleslaw had pickles in it which I never had. It was a good twist. Okra was crispy and wet inside. All for $10. Definitely recommended!

This is the first time in 20 years that I have eaten here. And the place hasn’t changed at all and I’m seriously glad. The food was the best home cooking I’ve had ever at a restaurant. There was nothing on any of our plates that wasn’t delicious. The service was great too. Rochelle was very attentive and personable. And you can’t be the price!! 3 adults and 3 children are for just over $50. I was shocked. Wish I lived closer so I could eat there more often.

Nice place for lunch or dinner. We went early around 1 and was fairly busy but they are very quick to seat you and take your order. Food also came out quick. My husband got the Fried Chicken with 2 sides and I got the 4 side dinner and we just shared everything. Dinner comes with a roll or corn muffin. We also saved a little room for dessert that we shared- the Blackberry Cobbler w/Ice Cream which was very good. Our waitress was great and was right on the ball. Prices were more than reasonable. They have different meats available on different days you can check their websites which lists weekly/daily menus. Would definitely go back if in the area.

First time here to this particular restaurant it was ok not somewhere I would come back I thought the food was bland definitely a different style of restaurant cafeteria menu style but alot people like this type of restaurant especially among the elderly crowd I noticed but the restaurant is very clean lovely decor.

Excellent food! First of all, their takeout/online order pickup process was very impressive. Very organized and efficient. I got the fried chicken, Mac & cheese, squash casserole, fried okra and a yeast roll and it was really good. You can tell they really care about quality. Highly recommend.

First time here. We ordered take out online because the line was soooo long outside. Fried chicken was amazing! Dressing and gravy is to die for! Mac and cheese was very dry and no cheese just noodles. My hubby says I must have just gotten a bad scoop. Hamburger steak was good. We ordered 4 different pies but I’m to full to taste them I definitely recommend you give this place a try.

This place is so good. I haven’t been here in 3 years due to moving out of the area but I came back and tried it and the food is still as incredible as I remember. It has gotten a bit more expensive but it’s still worth it. The line was long but we were seated quick and got our food relatively quickly. Whether you’re from Spartanburg or traveling through you should definitely give Wade’s a try.
