I’ve been going there often. The Food is delicious. Sometimes the waitresses rush you to order and that I don’t appreciate. Otherwise, the sushi bar is fresh and delicious. Generous enough with their portions. Cooks put on a decent show..

Great service, great rolls, they gave us complementary orange slices for dessert and fried stuffed jalapeños. It was really fun to sit at the sushi bar, the chef was very engaging.

We’ve patronized this location several times this year and each visit has been extremely satisfying. The chefs and serving employees all work together to serve large parties without missing a beat.

Teppan is an absolutely amazing experience. Wonderful staff and even better tasting food. Very busy, but the wait was not long. Our drink orders were prompt and the food was exactly how we ordered it. The chef was very skilled and put on a great show. The children at our table were very entertained and in awe of the fire. The filet mignon melted in my mouth like butter. The scallops were incredibly smooth. All for a very reasonable price. There is a sushi bar for those that just want to watch the game and eat some sushi as well. Five stars all the way here!!!

Customer service could been much better and a little welcoming. The chef dropped food on the table, pick it up with his spatula and continued to put it on my plate. I should have got up and left at that point. Nasty. My soft shell crab was super small for almost $12!

I still don’t understand why there is no choice for zero stars. I will never be caught in this place again! Our reservation was for 8:00 pm. We weren’t seated until 9:15 or so. Our chef didn’t perform any show or do any type of tricks all he did was tell some jokes and when I asked for extra garlic butter he threw a huge scoop on my fried rice. It was a very exaggerated scoop so I took some off and put it on my plate. My friend also took a little for her rice. I let that one slide as I didn’t want to cause a scene. We were all talking and laughing and all of a sudden the staff starts gathering around us just watching us eat. Staring and willing us to hurry up and finish our meals as it was already after 10:00 pm. When our bills were brought to us mine was incorrect I went to speak to the server about correcting it and then asked about the ice cream with the meal as we were celebrating a birthday. The online menu clearly states if you order a deluxe meal you get ice cream. I was told the ice cream wasn’t available and was removed from the menu. When my bill came I noticed that the gratuity was automatically added. I called the server over and asked for it to be removed as I didn’t think it was right to be charged for it because the service was not good and we were rushed through our meal. The server yelled no sir! and pointed at a small sign on the wall stating their is an automatic gratuity charged. First of all I’m a woman don’t call me Sir. Second there is no need to yell at me. Third never ever again! Such a rude staff no entertainment, and they don’t even give the Birthday person a Happy Birthday anything. What a waste of my money! There are better places to eat a good meal with a good experience and excellent friendly staff. This is not the place!

Tried for the first time and this will be the last time. Atmosphere is dark and depressing. Food is badly cooked. Steaks are dry even when asking for medium. Chicken is super dry and bitter from over cook. Shrimp same thing. Soup looks like boiled in a big pot and no love. Salad dressing is dripping on side of bowl. The chef is really shy I guess? He just keep burning oil to create a giant flame for no reason and keeps mumbling who gets what which no one can hear. Portion control is weird. I asked for steak and chicken but got some shrimp also? LoL. And who serves first the fried rice over the meats? Very bizarre and weird place. All the staff are talking in Chinese behind our back. I thought this was a Japanese. restaurant.

There was hardly anywhere there on a Tuesday night, my friend and I had an entire teppenyaki experience to ourselves! The food is always incredible, the chefs are so much fun to watch and the service is wonderful! Highly recommend the chicken and filet mignon.

We always get delicious food when we come here. We love watching the chefs cook the food in front of us, especially our little toddler son. This place is great for big groups
