This place is run down. After ordering 2 Waba bowls, I realized the windows were very dirty, with hands prints all over the glass doors. The tables were dirty and the floor looked as if hadn’t been swept in a week. No fountain drinks either. After getting home, my rice bowls had very few veggies and the rice was not fully cooked and very grainy. I didn’t want to return to complain because they would have probably gave me more grainy rice (employees clearly don’t want to work there) so I just ate the meat and disposed of the rest. The owner has a lot of work to do, I don’t know how this place makes money with this type of quality. Oh and no green onions either, and at almost 10.00 per bowl I expect more than this.

Set up an online order to be ready at 10am when they open. And when I got in they told me they so not start any orders until 10am. Why would the store allow me to place an order to be ready at 10am if it wasn’t going to be ready until 10am. Honestly it’s super annoying because the girl in the back was super rude and condensing. All they were doing was just wiping stuff off and gave me a dirty look when I came in. They are only just starting to make my food and it’s 10:08am

I love Waba. Good food. But this place seems to be falling apart lately. I’m not really sure if this is what you are supposed to get, but it doesn’t seem right. I ordered a side of shrimp to try it. It was 2.29 which is not too bad. Figured it should be a few pieces. I just got 2 pieces of shrimp. I tried to call the store to ask and the phone doesn’t even ring and it just hangs up.

Came here with my mum. We really love the teriyaki sauce 😀 there was a young lady and an older lady, they did my order super fast! I normally don’t experience that at other wabas! 10/10

Sorry to say this. Price is expensive for the value. Food came out cold. Rice is undercooked. Crusty tofu. No fountain drinks. Employees are young kids. Untrained in good customer service. Wait times are long. Food is messed up if modified because the kids who work here can’t think under pressure. Super understaffed. Needs new management for sure. Somebody who knows what they are doing.
