I loved it the food the service everything about this place. I paid valet parking. I was by myself and my server/waitress kept checking on me making sure everything was okay. I did not ever feel alone although I did come alone. The food was wonderful I think I tried everything on happy hour. This is how started my birthday weekend off. I will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately I think I’m about to gain a lot of weight. This was my first time trying this place. A lot of food trucks don’t live up to the delicious instagram worthy pictures they post. Not this place! I’ve finally found the best conch fritters in Miami! I don’t know if it’s the sauce they use on it but I inhaled them in a minute. And then the jerk shrimp pasta is what anchored me. Only thing is I ordered through postmates and I wish they stapled the bag shut like most places I order from.

Order from Vybz305 on Uber eats and looks at the meal they send via the attach image, that shouldn’t be served to anyone for $13 I expect better. I don’t know how the good taste because I trashed it that’s scrapes and people work too hard to get this scrape of a food. My recommendation would be to spend your money elsewhere. If I would give this establishment zero rating I would.

Had the pleasure of dining with The Crew from Vybe305 at their food truck at the Hype Beast Melreese Golf Event. I chose the Jerk Chicken Pasta. It was spot on! Flavor profile was spectacular! Have never been there before. My son and I went because FIU had a spirit week and he got free food. I have to.say that my son was not disappointed. The portions were fair and the chiken was absolutely delicious.

Food is always great,but this time we ordered the jerk salmon pasta as always and they gave our order away before we got there. The chef came out with one order but for got the third one. By now 45 min passed and he brings out the third one with hardly any salmon in it. Food usually good but treat the customers better when you mess up the orders.

The 1st plate I got from here was amazing. It was the seafood Mac so good so good. I knew I was going to comeback. I ended up getting some honey garlic Parmesan wings. Just the name alone I knew it was gonna be fire and that it was. I recommend this place to anyone that loves good quality food. The only thing I would say is just to ensure that there are napkins and utensils in the bag and it’s all good.
