This Vons is the only Korean chicken place we recommend to our friends. Their chicken has such a good balance in between crispy and juicy. At home, we cook almost every single day because we don’t like restaurant foods but when we feel lazy, this Vons is the food we order.

The chicken in this store is not good at all, it has no flavor, and apart from that, it is very burnt, so it is not even enjoyed. I ended up throwing it away Only at Sunny Vale’s restaurant Vons Chicken is good the chicken is very tough as it has already been cooked for hours

The chicken legs here are so massive and juicy. I’m not complaining though B^). Pretty solid KFC, and the quality of the chicken was pretty similar to the Fremont location. Comes with some pickled sides. I ordered mild tteokbokki for fear of it being too spicy, but it was pretty tame. I ended up reheating it with some red pepper flakes because I wanted it spicier. All the food here tastes just fine when eaten leftover, but the crispiness of the chicken decreases over time. Will come back again when my craving for fried chicken returns, and this time I will get spicy tteokbokki!

Was craving crispy fried chicken and a friend recommended Vons. The downside to ordering online is not being able to really see the whole menu (my fault!) and so we ordered garlic chicken. Turns out there’s another menu for crispy chicken so we ordered the wrong chicken 3 stars bc the garlic chicken was meh. Half order of drumsticks is 5 of these large sized drumsticks (you can also choose from wings or combo of drumsticks and wings). Next time I’ll order the crispy ones to try and update my review!

This location is convenient however trying to reach them to order is the challenge. I called at 8:10 to order take out… could not yet thru and when I finally did after 7 attempts they hung up on me! I guess they are so busy they don’t need more business.
