Not sure what the few bad reviews are on about. Maybe this place has some inconsistency? But the burrito I just had was big and tasty. Had other items too that weren’t even listed on the menu but they had it without a stutter.

They are a very new restaurant. I’ll revisit this review in about a month or so when they have a bit more experience and things run more smoothly. Prices were a bit high for the quality of food which could be compared to a taco truck. The classic tomato rice had a good flavor but the beans were nothing to write home about, they were a bit heavy on the cumin. The steak tacos were quite tasty, as were the carnitas.

These tacos SLAP. Seriously, I lived in Mexico for a while, and these were the best tacos I’ve had outside of Mexico, hands down! They were even better than some I had while living there. Plus, tacos are $1.50 on Taco Tuesday. Absolute insanity! Seriously, just go get some tacos already. Other menu items are ok, but if I could give this place 10 stars out of 5 just for the tacos, I would.

Listen. Even the french fries are better than the burger joints nearby. I usually get a combination of the chicken, beef and pastor tacos (WOW) but I’ve also had the chimichanga, quesadilla and tamales—all amazing. There are chain restaurants that charge twice as much for queso/guacamole not even half as good as Volcano’s. I’m so glad there’s finally a restaurant like this in the area.
