Arrived for my first visit for lunch buffet at 1:20. Every single item I put on my plate from the buffet had no flavor and every item was cold. I think the heat is set at 60 degrees inside so I kept my jacket on while eating. It was clean inside, but you are instructed to go into the back area to get your own beverage and silverware and napkins because they have no service. I wont be making a second visit.

I decided to give this place another try after it reopened under new management. I’d eaten there a few times within the last couple of years. I was never overly impressed with the old restaurant. I thought there was no way it could have gotten worse but it did, it went from bad to horrible. I was there at six p.m the height of the dinner rush. There was very little selection and very little quantity of what was offered. What was there looks like it had been since lunchtime, it had been sitting so long it was dried out and almost inedible. Of the six or seven groups of people at the restaurant I heard another two tables complaining about the food also. If you feel like ignoring my advice and want to try this place anyways, you better hurry because there’s no way it will be open in six more months.

Service was non-existent. I was told to get my own silverware and soda. The buffet was depleted and they didn’t seem to be restocking, even though it was only 6:45. Some of the food was ok, other things were dried out from being out too long. There was no sushi at all. The wontons had virtually no filling at all. One of the worst Chinese buffets ever.

Hitachi was very good. Service was great for a buffet.. They kept the food fresh.. Didn’t care for the sushi… It was tempura and gets soggy after sitting on buffet.. Soup was good and as for rest of Chinese buffet food it was pretty standard for buffet.

Food was not that great, not worth the money, been to much better buffets for 11.70 per adult, not much of a selection. Have 2 younger servers under 16 that can’t rember what customers order for drinks or booster chairs.

All the food was cold and dried out. It was 1:00 pm!!!! The bill was $23.95 for 2 people. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
