Have ordered here dozens of times. Usually awesome. This burnt monstrosity showed up and was also stone cold. Very poor reaction from the manager on duty. Even worse response from the 3rd party delivery service. Sadly never ordering from here again

It’s like this everywhere anymore but I ordered double meat and there’s not even the meat for one sub on my sub so I called and he informed be it’s already portioned out which it’s not his fault but this is horrible anymore over $30 for bread no matter where I go it’s sad .

I called to place an order the man had answered the phone very nicely. Until i had asked him if he could do a steak and cheese sub on lettuce he was very rude about it and just wanted to argue with me about how he couldn’t not have a bun also that they didn’t have provolone cheese. He gave me the worst attitude also was very disrespectful. So i had just told him to have a nice night and got hung up on.

Order was missing an item and the employee I spoke with was very apologetic and polite. Missing item was delivered less than 10 minutes later at no cost. The driver was professional and polite. The pizza, salad, bread, stromboli, and wings was fresh and tasty. A better experience than some other local places recently. We will absolutely order from the Pasadena location again after this great experience.

I’ve picked up twice. Both times we ordered subs. They are outstanding because the subs are toasted and because I picked them up quickly, they were not soggy. However, the second time, not a weekday, but a Saturday, the staff failed us a little. They “lost” our order, so I was left standing waiting for them to start making our subs for 25 minutes (the original estimate was 15 minutes – probably because they were also making pizzas for other customers). A little disappointing. However, the subs were still very delicious. I just hope that the youngsters there get it together. It is really good food. I’ll probably avoid weekends from now on.

Pizza came with no sauce? And delivery took over an hour. Pizza was cold and so we’re the dessert sticks. First time ordering there and probably won’t again. They gave me a $10 credit that didn’t even cover the cost of the pizza.

I’m a 72 yr old senior citizen on a very low income. I placed an online order on vocelli’s app yesterday, Sunday, July 4th 2021. I never received a confirmation or email stating you received my order. I went on line and looked at my Bank Account. Sure enough, the $26.45 was deducted from my account. The only way the bank would have deducted the $26.45 was the store had to send the transaction to them. They didn’t pull it out of thin air. I called the store and told them I HAVE BEEN CHARGED for the order, but received no email, text, etc. They said to take it up with my bank. It was Sunday, banks aren’t open again until Tuesday. Since I received no food, which I ordered to last me for four days, at that point I didn’t have the money to re-order or to go somewhere else, I had to do without. You can see by the attached I was indeed charged. It’s not like I’m a new customer. I order all the time. But, this will be my last. $26.45 may not be a lot of money to your store, but being on only Social Security it a whole lot to me. It upset me and angered me to the point I cursed your worker. That’s not my personality at all. It’s a shame, I loved your bacon pizza.

Ordered a 2 pizzas last night and used my credit that was given to me from a previous issue that happened. Regardless, was told 20-30 minutes for pick up and got there at the 30 minute mark and was told the pizzas needed another 10min and if that would be ok(like I had any other choice but to wait). And so 10 minutes go by, still not ready. Ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes total from the est time the food would be ready. Not happy my last three orders-visits have not been great.
