I ordered food for the Waldorf location and I haven’t received my food. Call the store 3 times, put on hold and hung up on. Correct my spelling but the lady’s name was LOVEY SALICK. VERY RUDE AND NO CONSIDERATION to my issue. On top of that I was told there’s nothing I can do about it, her exact words. Asked everyone in my workplace, no one received anything. I also played with a card. Who’s signature was received because it wasn’t mine.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Of third part deliveries….If I could add zero stars I would. I have ordered from here before and have never experienced my food being tampered with. However, today my order arrived tampered with and partially eaten. When I contacted the restaurant all they could do was apologize. I recommend they put quality controls in place such as sealing all boxes to avoid this happening as someone may get sick. This experience has reminded me that there are crazy people out here and hopefully they take action against the sick minded person who ate a chicken wing and slice of pizza and thought it was okay to still deliver it. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!! I am still waiting on my refund btw, smh.

We ordered a cheese pizza with double sauce and there’s barely any sauce. However, we called and they gave us a credit, which we really appreciate. Mistakes can happen but not many places will make it right and we that’s why we’ll be ordering from Vocelli’s next time.

My salad was nasty when I taste it and I called for them to fix it. I was told that the Manager made it I couldn’t get a refund or anything done. Customer service was not great the Manager Refused to help a customer.

We usually get the pizza here and it’s excellent. Haven’t had many of their other offerings but I can definitely recommend their pizza. The food always tastes very fresh and is always nice and hot. Highly recommended and it blows away pizza from any large chain pizza spots.

Being from the north, I’m fairly particular about pizza… Delivery was fast but the pizza was lacking… I ordered a Hawaiian and I was struggling to tell if it was the sauce or cheese that bothered me, but I think it was both. Sauce was thin and bland and the cheese was not what you expect on a pizza, some odd mixture.

Although there Pizza has been good, I went inside for the first time to pick up my order. I saw they don’t use gloves when handling the food. The cashier needed help and called someone from the back, the guy came out with Pizza dough in his bare hands, hit some buttons then proceeded to the back with the pizza. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from here again.
