The pizza was great, but I could tell by the previous reviews I should have stayed away from items outside of their pizza, But I was like “eehh, you can’t really mess up something as simple as chicken alfredo”.. and boy was I wrong! It was disgusting. I took a bite and had to throw the rest in the trash. Looked like they used chicken out the can and forgot the sauce. Waste of money

Ordered for delivery at 6:05. Was called at 6:24 that they didn’t have a driver and I agreed to pick up.Five minutes later they called that the driver was there and they were going to send it out as the first delivery. At 7:25 I called to check the order and the person said it was for pick up. I repeated what had happened and they said it would be sent out. At 7:05 I called again and they said it would be sent out as the next delivery and I ended up going to pick it up. They made me wait for over 5 minutes before anyone actually asked me anything. Then they tried to give me an incomplete order. Food was cold.

ordered a large when I got home the pizza crust was burnt on the bottom the cheese on top was all in the center not spread it on top couldn’t even break the pizza apart because they didn’t cut it properly. I spoke to the general manager I have my receipt she apologized said she would give me 20% off meanwhile the pizzas in the garbage I used to like this place it’s a hit and miss now.I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I have gotten food many times from this establishment and I only have good things to say! Throughout the beginning of the pandemic, my work (I work in healthcare) would often order from this location. The deliveries were always prompt and despite our location being tricky, always received excellent service where it was delivered directly too us. They helped us make it through the beginning of the pandemic when we were working 14 hour shifts without any breaks. Most recently, I picked up from the location and there was a very nice worker there (she had gorgeous eyelashes!!) who even brought my order to my car when I insisted she did not have to. Always yummy food and phenomenal service

I ordered a medium plain pizza with an order of breadsticks and two garlic sauces. I didn’t get my garlic sauces. I called the restaurant and spoke to someone and they told me instead of having someone deliver my sauces when i called the store they offered to give me free sauces on my next order but never offered me a refund. There won’t be a next time i order from this Vocelli.

When I got there they forgot to fire my wings, no big deal mistakes happen. But half the food was completely wrong. The breadsticks had no dressing and lettuce on the sub was rotten (which shouldn’t have been there in the first place)

This was supposed to be a)hot when it arrived b)no banana peppers c) add jalapeños d) extra pizza sauce e) extra icing. None of the above is what I ordered, paid for, and tipped the driver for. This is a continuous issue and it’s not being addressed. I have called for 30 minutes with no answer at all to complain and have this issue resolved. You’re losing a customer due to a lack of proper food preparation and order filling skills, also lack of care to resolve your mistakes. Thanks.

I am so angry. We are never ordering from here again. Not only did our delivery driver get lost and our food arrived cold and late, but he didn’t even come with all our food! He came with our two orders of wings and said he had to go back for our pizza! My kids are so hungry and upset. We order almost 2 hours ago! Our pizza finally arrived but instead of 2 large pizzas, we were given 2 small/medium pizzas. We paid $65 for 2 smallish pizzas and cold wings. Never ever again!!!
