It’s upsetting when the same store makes several mistakes in different occasions. Today we called and asked for a delivery order. A pizza and boneless wings. I gave the person on the phone our address and payed over the phone. The store is 5 minutes away but I cannot pick it up as I’m 7 months pregnant. An hour and a half has passed and we call and they say “you said you wanted a pick up” which is not true. Then they proceed to want to redo the entire order and charge our card AGAIN! After it had already been charged and now we have to wait for the bank to do a refund. This is not the first time they have messed up our food. About a month ago, more or less, we ordered pizza and several orders of wings and all the wings were missing. Food is okay, service not so much.

I’m working in Ambridge, PA for two weeks and my local teammates suggested this pizza place. The two ladies who run the place were really awesome! They even saved me money with a pizza promotion when they could have charged me full price and I wouldn’t have been the wiser. I appreciated that. We got a two topping pizza and everyone enjoyed it. We will be back before our project is over!

Ordered a garlic spinach pizza told the guy behind the counter please no mushrooms add pepperoni, I also ordered breadstick bites with garlic dipping sauce. Upon waiting about 45 minutes for my pizza and breadsticks the employees are fighting about wanting to walk off the job, I sat there quietly minding my own business waiting for my food and when I got home my pizza was covered in mushrooms and my breadstick bites were burnt and they did not give me my garlic sauce. I didn’t want to complain but after spending ten minutes removing mushrooms off my pizza and noticing burnt breadsticks I decided to complain.

Wow. We’ve been an Ambridge Vocelli customer for nearly 20 years. Tonight’s experience was the worst and terrible. We were told delivery would be 45 minutes. It was over an hour and a half. The pizza was cold and a steak sub was completely flat, like it was sat on. When we called to complain the woman on the phone was rude and would only say they were busy. She said call tomorrow if you want to complain. We will.

I ordered An extra Large Pepperoni Pizza and one of their Sandwiches. The pizza was fresh on a Saturday Night around 8pm. I’m just glad this place was open as the POLICE Station Pizza place was closed because they ran out of Pizza???!!!. That’s like Burger King or Mc Donald’s running out of Hamburgers. Recommend these Kind Folks, and give a tribute to their Management on Logistics as they won’t let you down.
