Chicken was light as ever and soggy. When I brought it back untouched after I called and told them my problem with my food, they gave me a third degree as to why I brought it back. Stating it is cooked so what is the problem. I again stated my issues with the light, soggy, watery sauce buffalo chicken. She finally said do you want a refund or remake. Service terrible except for the African American lady that answered the phone and spoke nicely with no problem only understanding .

Let me start off by saying that I haven’t eaten Vizzini’s since I was a teenager until tonight. I’m now 38 and it tastes Exactly the way it did then. I grew up in SW Baltimore and this was my go to place. I now live in Mt. Vernon and had no idea they were still around. I ordered a cheese fish sub, cheese fries and a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. All of my food arrived hot. My only issue is that they forgot the cheese on my fries so I added it myself. The driver had no problem with delivering the food to my door. Overall I’m satisfied and will be ordering again.

The past few times we’ve ordered from there, the food has been delivered wrong and sub par. Gyro bread soggy and falling apart. Chicken tenders over cooked and fries soggy. Delivery men are great…the rest has gone down hill.

I would give them 5 stars because their food is usually good but tonight i ordered a pizza and Caesar salad. Now the pizza was fine but i’m very disappointed at the salad I asked for a Caesar Salad and they brought me this regular Salad with Grill Chicken that was not done at all, Huge chunks of Tomatoes,Green peppers and Onions it’s not a Caesar Salad it a regular salad .

I had been ordering a crispy chicken salad with extra sauce chicken from them for about three months when one day I ordered and they forgot to put the extra chicken, but that’s not the problem. After going back and getting my chicken I sat at work and was eating the salad when I noticed that something was cutting my tongue. It was then that I noticed that it was a staple in my salad… Needless to say I will not be ordering from them anymore and would not recommend anyone else to order from them also!!!
