I’ve been waiting over 4 decades for the quality and taste of Authentic New York pizza. I purchased a large pepperoni yesterday, and as a result, I purchased three large pizzas today. The best I’ve had anywhere other than New York or New Haven. Awesome front to back top to bottom !!!!!!!

I would like to just say you have EXCELLENT customer service. There was a miscommunication for a delivery order and when I called the gentlemen I spoke with was extremely apologetic. He asked if we would like credit or to have it remade. It was the coldest night this year, the night before Christmas Eve, our first delivery drive was older and we live on the top floor and he struggled getting to the top. We requested a remake but only if he didn’t have to deliver or walk all the way up. I believe it was the owner or manager who personally delivered the remade sub in a very short period of time. We had an XL pizza and a 12″ sub with sides. The food was quite good (better than I expected). There’s a small seating area inside to eat as they are primarily a pickup/delivery restaurant. The food was a little more expensive than I was expecting but not exorbitant.

Best place to eat I could eat here everyday if I had too. The people that work make you feel welcome they get your order right every time and food I can’t even tell you how good it is best food in the world I recommend the fries and pizza also there subs are the best that I have ever tasted they put love and care in there food if I could rate this a 6 I would definitely better than dominos papa Johns and little Cesar’s also low price for amazing food nothing is greasy the pizza is so cheesy and fries nice and crispy definitely recommend coming here because I will.

Vizzini’s delivered me one of the best steak subs I’ve had in a long time. It wasn’t fancy, but the taste was great, and delivery was fast, just what I wanted. Even followed a minor special instruction for hot peppers, I only like just a little, and they added the perfect amount.

I would have give a zero star if I could. $52 for 2 subs, fries and 16″ pizza that wasnt worth $1. Will never order from here again!!!! Subs were cold and soggy, fries were barely cooked soaked with grease and Luke warm. Pizza was below average at best. With a terrible economy and inflation at all time highs you would think they would go out of there way to make sure every order that went out was perfect. It was a yr since ordering from here because of same problems but gave 1 more chance. Never again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

So we’ve ordered 3 times from this place, and the food is good, but 2 out of 3 times the customer service has been….not good. The first time the woman who took my order by phone was pretty rude, but I brushed it off. The second time I ordered delivery and as I was reaching in my pocket to get the drivers tip….he ASKED for a tip. Which is pretty off-putting, if you ask me. Again, the food is good but I don’t know if I’m willing to deal with the employees.
