I ordered penne vodka and it was subpar at best. The sauce in the pasta was just marinara sauce and they dumped a bit of what could’ve maybe passed for vodka sauce on top of the chicken. Girl at the register ignored me while answering phone calls for atleast 5 minutes before someone prepping food jumped in. Wouldn’t come back.

I can deal with the nasty attitude the lady on the phone has. I can deal with the “sketchy looking” delivery driver they have. What I can’t deal with is being charged for a pasta dinner and there isnt enough in the container to fill one person – let alone share. I called after having my dinner delivered. I explained how disappointed I was with the portion amount. They said they can’t do anything about it – “it’s portioned out”. They have lost me as a customer and they said “that’s okay”. I’m so upset over their level of customer service.

Viva la pizza is the best pizza in town. Hands down. The others are good, but Viva is the best. Look at this Veggie slice. The Buffalo was amazing too. The sauce and cheese is top notch! Pizza made with love. I love this place.

I went in to order a slice of Pepperoni pizza and they said we don’t have that. Then I said ok, can I have a plain slice. And they said again we don’t have that and proceeded to just stare at me with a blank look like “are you going to leave now?” you have to say sorry for not having the item or at the very least recommend something that you DO have. As soon as I walked in I could feel an atmosphere like I wasn’t welcome. And what kind of pizzeria doesn’t have pizza? Definitely do not recommend.

Why eat here? I was at a party recently and we decided to get pizza delivered. Over an hour later it arrived and honestly the pizza wasn’t that great. Also seemed pretty cheaply done with the biggest slices of peppers/onions I’ve ever seen. Why are you stingy with toppings?

The best pizzeria in the Totowa little falls woodland park area. Owners cook with their hands and are ALWAYS behind that counter. They run a tight ship. Very polite and a very honorable establishment. I love giving them business!!

Last couple of orders have been late and missing original items placed. Kept calling and never received what was missing. Tossed salad came with rotten tomatoes. It’s too bad. Food and pizza have always been good but delivert service sucks. Had to give 1 star but would rather give 0. Lost my service.
