My boyfriend ordered caldo de camarones, it’s like a stew or soup with shrimp. He loved the flavor. I ordered a combo with a taco and 2 enchiladas, rice, and beans. The taco was good. Unfortunately, the enchiladas de pollo were filled with onion. I don’t eat onion and I’ve never seen enchiladas filled with onion. I couldn’t eat it. Almost all of my meal was thrown out, as the sauce wasn’t to my liking either. The prices were very reasonable and and service was excellent. The restaurant is so beautiful with everything designed and painted. We will revisit, but just not order enchiladas. I don’t think it is fair to judge off that, since it simply isn’t my liking, as I lived many years in Mexico and cook at home and this was distinctly.

For as small as this restaurant is it handled our party of 20 efficiently. The service was very good even for a large group. The food is always fast and tasty. This place does a remarkable job considering there are 2 Mexican restaurants in our small town

Great food at one of the newest restaurants in Clay Center Kansas. We have ate at several of these locally owned family owned chain of restaurants for more than a decade now and they have continued to offer great food and service all through the years. Nice to have another restaurant in the area to continue the great dinning experience we’ve come to expect at the Fiesta resturants.

The food is somewhat bland for my taste. I never had flan with chocolate sauce on it. It really tastes like chocolate and not flan. Kinda disappointed. The horchata is good.
