If I could give this restaurant a zero star, I would. I never do reviews but this was such a bad experience I felt I needed to. I placed a to go order and they said it would be a 15 minute wait. I drive to the restaurant and it ended up being a 45 minute wait for two enchiladas and a cheese dip. Due to the triple the lead time, I wasn’t able to eat before I went to my appointment in counce. Also, the manager didn’t offer for me to sit down while I wait and there is no waiting area so I stood awkwardly waiting for my order. The manager then rudely and disrespectfully told me to move. If you want someone to move, you do it respectfully and politely by asking. Not like a drill Sargent. I’ll never be eating there again. They didn’t give me plastic ware so when I went to eat after getting to my destination, I had nothing to do it with. Food was absolutely disgusting and the atmosphere was stale and you could hear a pin drop in there. I literally got sick after taking a few bites of the chicken enchiladas. The only thing edible was the cheese dip. I’ll never be straying from my normal Mexican place I go to- El Portrillo and I don’t recommend anyone waste there money at this nasty Mexican place. What really ticked me off the most was when an old lady went to checkout and wanted to tip them a large tip and the manager was laughing and making fun of her for not being able to add up her total with her tip. I wanted to say “you should just be grateful you’re getting a tip and help this sweet lady add up her total instead of acting like a fool.” But I just shook my head! Never again.

Went here for dinner with a few friends. No drink menu and no idea if this place even served alcohol. We did get chips, salsa out but most of the chips were pieces. The waitress finally showed up and we started to order and she said “No, drink” so we try and ask what drinks she had and the only thing we understood was modelo. So we ordered modelo. Another 20 minutes went by and she took our order, I had a question and she could not answer and only said “No English”, so I got it their way. Food was good and plentiful at a great price. Never seen waitress again and even tried to flag her down to get our check, she just raised her finger as if she wanted us to wait. We have already been waiting 30 min after finishing eating. We finally had to just go to the pay station and ask the cashier if we could get out check.

Great food and nice portions! Prices are very reasonable! I do recommend the fresh guacamole. Tasquitos Mexicana Chicken is one of my favorites! Mix the salsa and sour cream together as a dipping sauce! Also, the football is wonderful!

I live in Union city, TN and have been to all Mexican restaurants from martin TN to Dyersburg TN and now Savannah, TN. This place is jsut like other places with some of their items, but they do really well with their options. I’ve tried many different things here and I have to say their fajita, ANY of their fajitas are the best ones I’ve ever had in my life. I am currently shoving one in my face right now and enjoying every second of it as I dance to their music in my chair.

It was the first visit there and was very impressed! The place was clean and workers very friendly and food was good as well! I also like the bean and cheese dip they bring out with the salsa and chips!

We drove an extra few miles to try this place out. We came on a week night. We were seated and served quickly. The restaurant was clean and inviting. There was adequate staff and servers. They have a large menu selection and fabulous margaritas. We ordered fresh, chunky, guacamole dip, medium size, and had more than enough for two people. It was freshly made and really, really good. Our entrees were hot and tasty. We’ll definitely come back!

Used to really like this place. They have a waitress that just isn’t great and everytime we go she messes something up. Well tonight was the last straw. She went to refill my coke and put her finger in my cup and picked it up like that. Absolutely unacceptable.

Really good food, more traditional food, it’s really good! They have pastor meat, bean dip, good guacamole, and badass drinks. The management is the best around, way better than most places. Bog tables, big seats , plenty of room to eat. We will be back! I travel for work, I eat MEX everywhere I go, this place is legit! Don’t let the decor fool ya lol
