I went to get food with a buddy pretty early in the morning. The line was extremely long & we both thought we’d be there FOREVER. We were pleasantly mistaken. the two ladies working not only got thru the orders faster than the Flash vs Superman race around the world; but they both did it with smiles on their faces. Kudos to the beautiful female that handed me our food. I’m going to go back just to see her face again. Oh & the food was good too lol.

The food is really good when they get it right. I eat here at least once a week sometimes 2 or 3 times a week and more times than not my order is wrong or they even double charge my credit card. When I tryed to reach someone to fix all I got was the run around.

This location is beyond unprofessional, this restaurant forgot 4 of my items from an order that I picked up from my drivers vehicle who didn’t receive anything else. When contacting this location as Door Dash can choose to not refund certain orders, I spoke with a Carlos Noperi who claimed to be the manager. Who refused to acknowledge the situation just stating “I gave them that” before becoming unprofessional and profane. I continued to try to keep the conversation as lighthearted as possible before he continuously became argumentative borderline abusive. This franchise or location does not care for its customers or customer service. Disgusted by the service and lack of training to their “managers”.

I asked for nothing in my burrito and a horchata of course the guy says yeah okay not telling me the total as if he got everything I ordered nope pulled up, I got a COLD BURRITO ON TOP OF PICO DE GALLO IN MY BURRITO after asking them not to put anything!! I don’t have time to be going back after I get home it’s ridiculous they should pay better attention!!!

Avoid eating here at all cost. Horchata tasted like bubble gum and left a weird taste in your mouth. After two sips I had to dump it out. The carne asada burrito was bland, just had no flavor to it, not bad flavor just no flavor. Too many other good places to eat at so spend your money somewhere else like Los Mesquites on Drexel.
