My favorite comfort food ever! Such a great environment and such friendly staff. I’ve tried many dishes and everything I’ve tried was a 10/10. This is my favorite place to go eat when I’m in town!!! Pictured: the Cuban sandwich & the Mac & cheese

Vitruvian Park Tavern seems like a fun, local hangout. I came and stayed at the end of one shift and the beginning of another. The first set of bartenders were a lot more friendly to me than the second set. Nothing necessarily wrong with that. Just something I noticed. The second set weren’t rude or inattentive or anything. Just less engaged. If I lived in the area, I could see myself being a regular. If you live nearby, you should check it out!

Great service! Jo, Martin, and Lali have amazing energy. The drinks taste excellent. Ask for the pineapple-guave mojito. Perfect for summer. Lovely patio seating as well. Definitely will be coming back!

Stopped in last night with my husband to have a late dinner and drinks…I highly recommend the beef empanadas laid back vibes and great music!

We came here 9:10 on a Friday. Addison Ice House stopped serving food at 9. Major advantages with this place was the fact the kitchen was open later and you were actually waited on. Sprinkle took care of us and was helpful, and the burgers and Mac n cheese were well cooked. Drink prices were very fair, about $5 a beer, and overall it was a good experience.

This is a very special community bar. Bartenders are friendly and approachable, clientele has many regulars, everybody is nice. The atmosphere is very welcoming, everybody is made to feel that they belong. Additionally, the drinks are delicious!

I’ve been to Vitruvian Park Tavern several times and it’s kind of a mixed bag of experiences. The chicken sandwich is pretty good, but the overall experience is sometimes lacking. One issue is the slow service, as they need more servers or bartenders. It can take a while just to get a couple of beers. One Sunday afternoon there were a couple of drunk guys stumbling around trying to get people to do shots with them, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Live your own life, but leave me alone while I’m trying to enjoy a few beers with my friends. Another time I witnessed people trying to run on checks by jumping the railing on the patio. The vibe is always unpredictable. Overall, the food and drink selection are decent, but the service and atmosphere need improvement.

Just moved to the area. Hubby and I were walking the park and stumbled across this little hidden gem.

A lovely bar to drink at, but DO NOT WORK HERE AS A BARBACK. I worked 13 hours, as in two full shifts until around 2 am, and I was paid $40. Literally 40 bucks. Not even minimum wage for a regular employee, but just over the “tipped” wage limit to not be able to sue them.

Just moved in to The Savoye apartments and was pleased to find out they had a restaurant/bar in the complex. I expected an average bar that was solely convenient. I was super ecstatic to find that Vitruvian Park Tavern turned out to be not only a beautiful establishment, but also a high quality restaurant with exceptional drinks. Citlali and Joanna and the rest of the staff are nothing less than professional, consistent, and charming. Will be going back here consistently.
