My hot pizza arrived at my home exactly on time and was delicious. Fresh green peppers, that were sooo very flavorful tipped the experience over the edge! I ordered with 20 mins left before they closed, and I actually figured they wouldn’t even answer the phone. I wasn’t turned away, i got there within 15 mins, and the pizza was great! Not to mention, there were other pizzas waiting to picked up as I left! I appreciated that! Great job! And great customer service!

I love vito’s! Not only have I worked as a delivery driver but i also order very frequently! The only complaint that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that everytime i order, the pizzas are made differently. It’s almost like everyone isn’t trained to make them the same way. Sometimes there’s very little sauce so you PAY for more the next time and sometimes there’s so much sauce you’re asking for less next time you order. it’s the same with the toppings, sometimes they’re under the cheese and sometimes it’s on top. sometimes there’s lots of toppings and sometimes it’s stingy.

this vitos is the best vitos out of all the other locations. outstanding staff with some of the best customer service i have ever encountered. personally i have never had a better experience at ANY other pizza place in all of northwest Ohio. with an amazing staff and outstandingly delightful owners who are very patient and compliant with costumers. i full-heartedly believe that along with the amazing staff comes some of the most decedent food that i have tasted when it comes to your local pizza parlor. from their specialty pizzas like the bbq chicken or to the cheesy bread that are both decadent and scrumptious. always ask for deals, never not get garlic butter and parm on the crust, and live laugh love vitos pizza and subs!
