I was extremely disappointed in today’s service at Vito’s on Reynolds we order from them every week at a place I work for a party we have on Thursdays and sometimes saturdays. So they are people that we order from weekly. When I called to order the pizza today I asked them to deliver it at 6:00 and I called at 4:30. When it was 6:15 I called back to ask what was going on why the pizza wasn’t here and they said they were short-staffed when I asked the gentleman to let me speak to a manager because I called an hour and a half in advance he hung up on me. Then I called back and a gentleman picked up the phone again which is the same gentleman and I asked to speak to a manager and he said too bad and hung up again. This is very unprofessional way for someone to treat a dissatisfied customer that spends money with them every week and gives a generous tip to the driver every time. I would never recommend the Vitos on Reynolds to anyone. And they just lost a great customer.

Texted me and gave me free specialty pizza for my birthday. Cannot go wrong with Vitos pizza! Highly recommend the meat specialty, look at the cheese hanging there…it was a good foot or longer. When you pull a piece out of the box and the cheese does that, you know it’s good!

The deep dish pizza was not what I have expected, instead of the fillings, base/crust itself was too thick and also the taste was just okay, but not savory. Was not good enough to try more than once. It was kinda disappointing.

Vito’s is the only place I order pizza from. They are super friendly on the phone and the delivery person too.they serve IMO The best pizza in town. This time I got a Mediterranean,comes on thin crust, tender and crisp. This one is awards winning and my favorite with a olive oil sauce, chicken,red onion ,green pepper black olives feta and mozzarella. I’ve been getting that one for years. You should try this one, it’s special.

Wow!! That’s about all I can say!! We got the $10 Tuesday deal… it was a little skimpy on the side for the specialty pizza but well worth the SHORT WAIT for delivery!! The driver wasn’t of age to buy alcohol, thank the good Lord for that!!!…and me, as I preach to my own kids… NO PARTYING AND DRINKING AND DRIVING!!! HE SAID THANK YOU! Didn’t get what we ordered we said no black olives .it didn’t taste like taco pizza then made new one and this time had creamy sauce on it.This one was so horrible I didn’t eat anything but the Greek salad which didn’t even have cucumber s on it was absolutely horrible. Will never go back they had bad attitudes. It was are favorite place….
