Really good pizza. Still hot when the delivery driver dropped it off. Delivery driver very friendly. I’ve used Vito’s a couple of times when I’ve ordered pizza for the staff at the nursing home my mom is at. The staff rave about the pizza. I decided to start ordering it for myself also. And I have not been disappointed.

One hour and a half and still don’t have my pizza. Called twice and the girl on the phone was rude stating my pizza was on the way. I Waited 20 more minutes called back asked for the manager. She tells me they have to remake my pizza because they delivered it to the wrong address. How did the 1st girl not know this or tell me this? She stated it was coming out of the oven now and it’ll be here in 10 minutes. Its been 15 minutes now and still no pizza. 1.5 hours and still no $31.00 pizza. I use to order from Vitos all the time. This will be the last time…. There’s absolutely no excuse for the two girls I spoke to to be rude. I was very polite asking where my delivery was. No excuses….

Since moving into this area, I’ve had every pizza place around that delivers. This Vito’s pizza is by far the best pizza I’ve had. Baked perfectly with a very tasty crust. Toppings were plentiful and matched well with the sauce and cheese. Vito’s bread was very good as well. Keep up the good work!

The food was good but the service was terrible!! After more than an hour I called to find out where my pizza was & was told to come & pick it up!!! It was supposed to be delivered. When I asked if they would deliver, the girl in the phone said “maybe….” Seriously??? We won’t be ordering there again….

Staying in Maumee for a few days and decided to try some pizza different from the run of the mill big name places. Ordered on line. The delivery guy was friendly and pleasant as he delivered our food. We ordered different pizzas to sample their menu plus had a salad. All good was very well made and tasted very good. It was refreshing to try something different. Wish I had a Vito’s near where I live in Michigan. I would highly recommend orders from Vito’s very good pizza fresh toppings.

We are here on a vacation. We tried calling dominos last night and after being on hold for 20 minutes hung up and called Vito’s. What a blessing that was. We got the absolute best pizza I’ve ever had delivered to our room. Pepperoni mushrooms. The cheese was melted so perfectly. It was just starting to brown. The sauce was great. It tasted so authentic. There was the perfect amount. We got the garlic crust. I always toss my crust out. It’s just not for me. But i took a bite of it and holy cow was it good. For the first time in my life i ate all my crust. I could have had that alone for my meal. It was the best pizza my wife ever had as well. We’re going to pick up 2 more tomorrow to take back home with us. Hey Vito’s- PLEASE OPEN A STORE IN THE CLEVELAND AREA. WE’RE BEGGING YOU! I wish i took a picture, but that pizza didn’t stand a chance of making it long enough. We smashed it in no time.
