This is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered five large pizzas and two medium. When I picked my order up they had all medium and was missing one pizza. Terry K. with the 1970’s hair cut told me that they messed my order up but refused to re add my order up regardless of the pizzas being small. Her reason is that it would add up to the same price. Eventually she re added the order up and it was $5.00 cheaper. She basically tried to add herself in a top because she knew she messed up. She refused to give me the district managers number to report this. When I got home and looked up the receipt she still charge me for 4 large pizzas. The pizzas were not sliced through completely. DO NOT EAT HERE! Will be reporting to the BBB. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Whenever my delivery driver was older guy with goatee, that’s my dude!! He was fast and one of the friendliest delivery drivers I’ve ever met. he called me 2-3 minutes before he was about to pull in and he was actually there when he said! Food was amazing too. You better give that man a bonus and appreciate him! He will be running that store one day

Took a bit over 3.5 hours to get my order to my house. Ordered it, took 2 hours to get the first part of the order. Driver said he didn;t know that there was another part on the order even though it was on the receipt. Driver said he’d be right back with it. an hour later I called because it hadn’t arrived. They did give me extra, but really? 3.5 hours?

I was just in the lobby for about thirty minutes waiting on my door dash order and the GM spent the entire time being rude to her employees, particularly the other women. She went as far as to threaten to slap one of her employees for not bringing her the right amount of cheese. It seems like they’re having a terrible night and I understand this is a ridiculously stressful job, but if the only way you can cope with that stress is by threatening violence, you need to find another job.
