This place used to have the best pizza in town! Now it’s the worst! I hadn’t been here for a couple of years and the pizza used to be really good. I ordered two slices and one was covered in black soot on the bottom and the cheese was like rubber. On top of that, the place is absolutely filthy! Never again!

The slice I got was a little doughy, if they left that pizza in for a little bit longer it probably would have been better. This is a comfortably average pizza place. You’re not going to love it, but you’re not going to hate it. The pizza is a solid 6.2 but the staff can use some work and the location kind of stinks. Overall maybe at 6.7 experience.

Decent pizza joint. Best meatballs around compared to other local pizza places. Their pizzas are decent for a south jersey pizza. You can probably find a place that has better pizzas around if you’re looking for a NY style pizza but for a Friday or Saturday night looking for an easy bite, this place is solid.

It’s been years since I’ve been here and it will be the last time. Ordered four slices and a drink at the counter. The young girl working as cashier asked me if I wanted my change back, only 79 cents, but seemed odd to ask the customer. I was not sure how to tactfully react. I replied ‘yes’, so she then slapped the change down into the counter. Easily could have handed it to me. First strike. Second, sadly each slice was obviously sitting for many hours. This was peak dinner time. All slices lacked taste and were very hard and crunchy. Rude employees, high priced garbage, trying to disguise as pizza on a name that’s been around for decades.

Drove by this place for 40 years—saw it as just another pizza place dotting the over-saturated pizza pie area. On a whim, with a friend, we stopped here for lunch; now this is Jersey so expectations are already high….and WOW! What a surprise. Perfectly thin, crispy but pliable homemade crust and all fresh ingredients. Highly recommend this place.
