Came here for the first time on a Saturday morning around 11 AM. They had a sign for a Bowl of the Month: Red, White, and Blueberry bowl, but at the register, they told me that they don’t have that, even though the sign is still on their store. They said the closest one would be a Vitality Bowl, which includes organic Açaí, strawberries, banana, VB superfood blend, with Toppings: organic granola, bananas, strawberries, organic, Goji, berries, and honey. Upon checking in on yelp, there is a 10% off coupon from Yelp. However, when the cashier try to put it in, it was not available in the system so she had to call corporate. Corporate said that they do not honor that discount and it must’ve been someone from Yelp who put the discount in. The staff overall seemed very under trained, and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. It was completely empty when we came in, so thankfully there wasn’t a long way or anything but the bowl took about 15 minutes to make.

Booo hooo to mike and all bad reviews. That’s your problem that you spend that much . If you’re going to complain make it yourself since Yu want to b cheap and complain about what touch the top of lid . A business is a business. May b expensive but my exper For the first time was amazing . I had a bite in everyyyy scoop . Usually places just put everything on top . I had it all over my bowl. I loved it . You’re supporting a business . You can’t tell Publix anything just gotta run with it . My bowl was full enough for me and I’m a big girl . Love this place and I will b back. Customer service was amazing food Amazing, everything was amazing . thank you Maria for the Ammmmazzziiinnnnggggg bowl you’re amazing and thank you to cash register person your amazing.

The bowls are very tasty but I cannot recommend this place due to the poor customer service. The employees ignored customers waiting to order at the counter. They finally came out from the back after 5 minutes. Once I was able to order, it took over 15 minutes to get my order. Overall, not a good experience.

I was going to this place four or five times a week for the last three months spending $300 per month on Vitality Bowl‘s for my wife and I and now all of a sudden they’re filling them up halfway and the owner doesn’t care when I brought this complaint to his attention. His manager stated it was due to inflation? Owner said that they were always suppose to be half full. I lost complete total respect for this man and the way he conducts his business. $13+ was expensive enough for a bowl, half a bowl is ridiculous at that price.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch after arriving from the airport. Excellent wrap and very good smoothie. I see a few comments about prices being high for the quantity of food, but I thought the value was great.

Fabulous Food! We recommend any option of the Power Panini, Nutty Bowl, and Dessert Bowl (add honey). Our service was great, and the atmosphere was quiet, relaxed, and an overall great first time visit!

I went in on a Monday evening around 6:45p. Not a rush, stuff was super helpful and friendly. Although I don’t have the açaí bowl pictured, it was indeed good. I ordered the Dragon Bowl (everything in the bowl as is)
