Service was extremely subpar and slow, took 25 minutes for a small bowl of açaí that had ingredients left out. I ordered one with peanut butter and it was pretty obviously forgotten. I was too lazy to point it out then as I had spent enough time. When we placed the order there were no other customers.

Customer service is poor at best, I waited 40 minutes for two bowls and two drinks. After noticing three people ahead of me kept asking how much longer for their orders to be ready I decided to ask as well. After 40 minutes of waiting I was told they where about to start my order quite laughable since I was charged $103 for my order definitely not worth the price nor the wait time. That was my first and last time I’d go to vitality bowls. I decided to get a refund and go next door, I was in their 7 minutes max and on my way.

I was visiting California and ran across this awesome place. Everyone was so pleasant and nice, the food was amazing and while the kids running the place could use a little training, they were trying their best. There is a serious labor shortage so we have to give businesses a break! Enough of the one star reviews because a banana was missing! Seriously. No one knows how difficult it is to run a business and to please everyone and they arbitrarily – for any small error give a business a one star review not knowing how harmful it is. Reviews have become the new road rage where you will say anything behind your keyboard that you wouldn’t say to anyone face to face.

This place is going downhill. We just walked in 15 mins ago with no one at the counter. Waited 5 mins and yelled “hello” at the kitchen. The only “customer” in the store finally looked up from eating and said “I am on a break” and then looked down to focus on her food again. She didn’t even acknowledge us until we hollered “hello” to the back. Unbelievable. No wonder there is no customer in there in a hot Saturday afternoon when everyone can use a smoothie. I bet she turned many customers away while she was the only staff there.

I have been here 3x and have had a bad experience each time. I will not return. Last time I came they ignored my one request to remove granola and took forever to prepare the order. This time it took 30 minutes for them to prepare our bowls (the place was not crowded). The small bowl is a tiny container as is and they only filled it halfway for $13! Overpriced, slow, the base is tasteless, and the toppings seem to be barebones (one strawberry and some banana slices?)and the same for all the bowls. Bowl of Heaven in Mountain View has much better bowls for the price. Happy Lemon and Humphrey Slocombe nearby are better for dessert.

I ordered a supergreen goddess salad with chicken. I paid $23.00 for a salad and a bottle of water. I picked up the salad from the counter the lady who made the salad didn’t said anything. Until I started eating it then found out there’s no chicken. So I went back to the counter, then she told me they ran out of chicken, it will need to be defrosted and she doesn’t know how long it would take.
