There was a variety of options for different tastes and dietary restrictions, so we both easily found choices that sounded good. The casual but comfortable atmosphere was just right and we loved the mountain views. The Mighty Med Salad was a refreshingly different steak salad than I’ve had before. We’ll definitely be back!

The ingredients were good but the flavors and preparation could use work. The Farro for my salad was wet and soggy and the red pickled onions which I typically love did not taste like anything I’ve had before. My chicken pesto sandwich tasted like honey mustard lol. Overall good ingredients but my pallete was very confused.

Others have mentioned that this is expensive. And it’s not cheap. But it’s good for you, delicious food! It’s exactly the kind of thing I make at home. But when I’m out running errands or super busy, it’s nice to know I can get something that I can trust! Something that won’t make me tired and feel yucky. And the manager is AMAZING!! I have food sensitivities and she is always super careful to make my food perfect for me. Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!

The staff is really friendly and helpful, I wasn’t sure what to order and they helped me pick something delicious. I really appreciate that they took the time to go through the menu with me. The restaurant is super clean and cozy. They have a large menu with lots of options especially gluten and dairy free options.

I happened to be in Colorado Springs so I stopped by since the Castle Rock location has closed. I really really wanted a dragon bowl. It’s so delicious. I was thrilled to finally have one in my hands once again. My favorite topping is the goji berries, to the point where I almost paid for extra. Sadly as I’m driving back to Castle Rock I open my bowl to find NO goji berries. I was devastated. I quickly looked up the ingredients because maybe this location didn’t include goji berries, but the website said that indeed was supposed to be a topping. The bowl I had been dreaming about for weeks wasn’t going to be the same. Am I being dramatic? Yes. But was I bummed? Also yes. Make sure to try this place out, it’s delish. But double check your order before you leave so you don’t run into this same problem.

I stopped by for a quick snack for the long drive. I ended up getting a green juice but their prices are quite high. They have food, acai bowls, juices, and I think smoothies. Plenty of space inside and plenty of menu options. The downfall was their prices and Google’s directions were not the greatest. Online said that they were open but I drove to them only to see “closed” typed on a piece of paper. If you’re not going to be open 2 hours after your posted hours online, then you need to change them. That’s so unfair to the customer.
