If I could give this place a 0 i definitely would. I have never tasted anything so disgusting before. I got the steak wrap and not only did I get just 3 pieces of steak all 3 piece smelled old and were literally gray. My drink was absolutely terrible and hot. Absolutely hate this place and will not recommend it whatsoever. Worst $30 I’ve ever spent

Had ordered a strawberry salad and a steak panini to go. The salad was a ton of spinach with hardly anything else!! Very few strawberry pieces, like 4 and nothing else and hardly any dressing. The sandwich was expensive and again had hardly anything in it!!! My husband and I thought maybe someone was playing a practical joke on us! When I called the lady couldn’t speak English and hung up on me.

I really enjoy their bowls but the service is HORRIBLE. I placed an online order and was told it was ready and then waited 40 minutes for my bowl to be made. This is a consistent problem every time I have come here. You will wait 30+ minutes for WHATEVER you order despite it being an online order or in person order. Really good bowls but expect to wait a really long time with subpar service.

3 people ahead of me and took 30 minutes to prepare a medium bowl. This at 3pm not noon! Despite the staff being aware they were 30 minutes behind they still moved around like turtles after a heavy meal. This establishment doesn’t deserve your hard earned money

Visited for the first time in search for a healthy meal, which I did receive although pricey. I tried the Vitality Wrap which was surprisingly heavy and warm. Very filling, I could not finish. I enjoyed how warm it was at first but I noticed the quality of the lettuce inside got too hot and turned stringy – no longer crunchy. Maybe it was in too long and could have used some sauce or something it didn’t have a lot of flavor.

I hate to rate this place so low because I do really love their acai bowls, they are amazing! However, the service here is AWFUL. Seems like the employee turnover is very high since there is a new person every few weeks. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for anything you order from here!!!

We got the steak bowl tonight and the chicken bowl. It was $15 for each of them and they are pathetic. 2 pieces of steak. Will never go back here

This is the second time I’ve tried to doordash; the first time, food showed up late and in an open container. Second time, order was not correct, and arrived 30 minutes late. My second doordash driver said they had not even started it when they arrived.
