Waited literally 45 minutes for two bowls in the seating area. There were 4 people ahead of me total and one came in after (4 employees working). This location was not busy, at all. This wait time did not make sense.

Looks like high school students working here tonight. My salad was missing the egg. When I brought that up, was told it’s not supposed to include it, even though the menu clearly includes pickled egg. Then after they checked the fridge I was told they were out of egg. Plus I got charged 75 cents extra for extra radish even though I asked to omit another more expensive ingredient, feta cheese. I also received fairly sparse quantities of ingredients. They only get 2 stars because the quality of the food that I did get was good.

Their warrior bowl would always hit the spot, but today both my daughter and I were very disappointed. The bowls were liquid and they didn’t mark mine from my daughter’s, as I had added peanut butter. The bowls were half full. Then they forgot the smoothie, that I had to return for….another 15 minutes there and back! What happened Vitality Bowls?!?!

If I could give zero stars I would. We placed a order today via DoorDash and the driver stole our order and Vitality bowls is doing nothing about it and won’t redo the order but gave us a $5 credit for a $25 order. Highly frustrating and irritating.

Right at three door you realize that the only protein options are chicken and steak. Seriously! You serve what supposed to be a healthy food and don’t have a vegetarian, vegan options? Pretty bad business strategy, how I see it. Food tastes good though. We tried savory options.

Meh. I came here for a protein bowl, but they all have meat in them! They said they could make one without meat, but they didn’t have any other protein to substitute (tempeh, gluten—not even tofu?!) and they couldn’t take anything off the price to have it without protein! I got a wrap instead, which was pretty good, but they needlessly added plastic cutlery. I’m not interested in paying for meat I’m not consuming, nor contributing to the plastic waste problem, so I won’t be back here again. I’d expect these sorts of shenanigans in the South or Brazil or wherever, but not in California!

I am so grateful to have a vitality bowl located in the Nut Tree Plaza! Its a regular stop for me to grab a quick, healthy breakfast or mid day refuel. It’s a super convenient exit off I-80 for organic, non-gmo sustenance. Every bite or sip of pretty much anything on the menu is packed with so many vitamins and antioxidants! Orders generally take 10-15 minutes since everything is made fresh. Take the time for a quick meditation or check out the Vaporium next door for some quality vape and CBD products.
