Incredible. The brisket is the best food I have had on this 1.5 month long trip to the US. And I have had a number of amazing steaks, burgers, sandwiches, crab cakes and BBQ… tender, smoky, juicy, meaty, salty, fatty, with crispy / flaky exterior. I also had the hot mess sandwich which was huge and amazing. Will be back many many times. Great friendly staff and quick service too.

I was expecting to have average BBQ but it turned out to be the best I’ve ever had. Every item on the menu is beyond tasty and they have an assortment of sauces from all the big BBQ. The leftovers taste just as good as fresh, it’s the perfect drunk food.

We had a generous meal with pulled chicken and bbq pork. The two proteins we had are seasoned the same way—we suspect they were brined with some kind of vinegar, but both very juicy and tender. We had the sauce sampler and every single one of them are very sour. Adding all the sourness together is a little too much for our taste. The corn muffins are lovely but the Mac n cheese is quite salty.

Every person in our party of four LOVED the food! My husband still raves about the homemade pickles and stated it was the best BBQ he’s had to date. The brisket is AMAZING and the pulled pork is super tasty and not dry! I got Carolina sauce to go with my pulled pork sandwich and didn’t even need to use it because the sandwich was so moist and flavorful on its own. Come check this place out! From the first moment you step out of the car and smell the meat smoking in the parking lot, you’ll know you made the right choice! We’ll definitely be back with more family and friends!

This place was incredible. Took a chance while passing through and was blown away. Mike, behind the counter, made a few recommendations and was spot on. My whole group loved their food. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was great. We’ll definitely be back and I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great BBQ joint.

I enjoyed the bbq here at their first 2 pop ups last year. I’m glad they found a more permanent spot. You never know what a global pandemic will spawn. I started with the pork and chicken. Both were great. The next time I had the pork and smoked turkey. I almost ate all the turkey on my drive home. Now, at the new spot I got to try the Hot Mess. Photos don’t do it justice. It was a pile of goodness. After working on it for 10 minutes, I had to throw in the towel, but 15 minutes later I was at the fridge finishing it off while standing in the middle of my kitchen. Can’t wait to go back.
