Some food ok. but rules are crazy. Coffee or tea not available without sugar or sugar free. no one cleans tables. most things are made in the morning and look stale by evening. only some things they make later in the day. Vadas, idly and sambar are very good. Cook is good; the indian guy on the counter is very good. rules need to improve a lot. they need to make more fresh. and not stop making everything by 7pm even on fridays. it gives the appearance of being cheap due to the atmosphere, but in reality, it is expensive.

They have some ridiculous rules. When I couldn’t finish my dosa and asked for a take out box I was told that the take out price for dosa was $8.99 and was asked to pay additional money just for taking out my remaining food. How cheap is that! Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer!!

The Sambhar and all chutneys comes with dosa are sooo good .. dosa is good enf for 2 for breakfast .. samosas and puffs crunch.. food warm and made fresh.. .. I just wish they open at 9 am and my breakfast would be there daily ..

I’m surprised by the past reviews. Food poisoning happens depending on the food and the day/night that item was cooked. I don’t think it’s fair to judge an entire restaurant based on that. You can get food poisoning anywhere.

I’ve tried most of their offering and the best ones are Jalebi, Vadapav, dhokla, gulab jamun, khandvi, chili pakora, and Motichoor laddoo. The Sabji was ok’ish. The staff is very quick and helpful. She was serving very quickly going through the long line of patrons. Being non desi (I think Hispanic) her knowledge of everything surprised me

New management ( from Kumar’s restaurant) making South Indian food. Finally had great mysore masala dosa + vada in Houston. They had fresh chutney and piping hot hot sambhar at 8 PM . They make variety of dosas . Can’t wait to try all of them. Oh and prices are super reasonable
