Our menu reflects our commitment to wine-friendly world cuisine. We are proud to have built solid relationships with Seely and Tantre farms for our local seasonal produce, local dairy farmer Fluffy Bottom and Harnois Poultry Farm. At Vinology we butcher our own meats, purchased from local cattle farmers Noggle Farms who provide us home raised, high quality (Choice/Prime), well marbled, corn fed beef.

Went for restaurant week and was somewhat disappointed. Maybe I would have had a better experience if I ordered something off of their normal menu. The Matzo Ball Gumbo had an intrusive flavor and was overall okay. The Fatoosh was just a regular salad, nothing crazy. The Braised American Lamb had an extremely strong lamb aroma but had amazing texture. The desserts carried the meal fasho.

OMG. What a disappointment. I had enjoyed their fried chicken last year during restaurant week. I jumped on it this year when it was available in the to-go menu. The flavors are still good but the frying was not. In fact I’ve never had more undercooked chicken. The breading was not crunchy at all. Much of the breast meat was missing breading so it was just fried skin. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

One of my favorite brunch spots in Ann Arbor. Also one of the few restaurants that will take reservations for brunch. Very nice if you have a group of six or more which can make walk up a challenge. The fried chicken Benedict is delicious along with the chicken and waffles sandwich. Dinner here is also delicious with a great wine selection.

An exquisite evening to be remembered and cherished. The private space for my son’s rehearsal dinner was beyond what I expected. Life is filled with disappointments but some events like this serve as a redemption for the mediocre times and show that thoughtful artistic ambiance paired with excellent food can renew and reenergize my hope for the future of dining out 🙂

Lovely atmosphere, incredible service and top notch food and drinks. We loved the roasted cauliflower, the garden and sunshoot salads. The Char Siu Salmon was perfectly sweet and spicy. We also loved the Lobster & Risotto Nero, Rainbow Trout & Blue Crab, and Potato Wrapped Halibut.

Our dining experience with Vinology was so awesome. Our waitress was very experienced and guided us through the menu wonderfully. The chef came out to give us our food and presented it to us- with all the flavors and seasonings. We felt very taken care of and the food was delicious. Would definitely come back again!
