I grew up in the area and ate here quite a bit. Haven’t been here in about 20 years! My brother and I decided to go check it out. It’s crazy good, how long this place has been around! Same staff and cooks, so awesome. Place looks exactly the same lol The service was great! Such a sweet and attentive lady. We ordered salad, mozzarella, and 2 pizzas. One sausage and the other half cheese and half mushrooms with onions. Everything was great! Was a great experience for me and my family.

I felt like I was family the guys were so great, the waitress she gave me advice on the soup and she was spot on. He made my food fresh while I waited. They kept checking on me while I waiting on my food. Absolutely loved this place! The food is authentic!

I would give this no stars if possible. We had a group of 12 (7 kids 5 adults). We walked in to this restaurant where there was only one other table being served. Not busy at all! We decided to take 2 booths. The “waitress” told us there is a long table we can sit at but we replied that we have 3 more people coming and it wouldn’t accommodate us all so we asked if it was okay that we take 2 booths… this lady without saying a word turns around, throws her hands up, shrugs her shoulders and walks away. We immediately left. They lost out on probably a 200-300 dollar bill because this lady was extremely rude

Haven’t picked up a pie here in years. but was as pleased with it as my brother and friend said I would be . 2 small pies, garlic on 1 mushroom on other. Thin crust on time for pick up they were greaat and good price in this economy. with a salad fed 3 well.

My husband and two kids came to this place to get some pizza. We are not from the area but figured to give this place a try. We walked in and no one looked up at us-two old men behind the counter making pizza. We walked into the dining area and the “waitress” was no where to be found. There was four tables eating and one waiting for food. I finally find the waitress and ask her if I order upfront or give the order to her. She says “with me but we’re busy you’re gonna have to wait” with a smug look on her face as if I was bothering her. Really?! The place was practically empty I could only imagine what it’s like when you’re not busy. We walked out without even ordering because we felt totally unwelcome and as if we were burdening them with our presence. I wouldn’t reccomend this place to feed your dog.

Every other time i came here the shrimp pizza was the best. Not this time. The pizza came out watery!!! I took it back in the guy tried to say its gonna be like that next time too!!! The dough was very thin and soggy too!!! I’m looking at him like i come in here almost every week and get the shrimp pizza and its never been like that. After paying $18 for a pie i expected better

Don’t expect much in looks but food top notch…going there since a kid. They’re pizza rivals anyone out there…large 1 topping 13.25 can’t beat it. No reason to go to new haven for a burnt overpriced pie when vinnys down street.
