Used to be my favorite place around. The service dining in is always excellent. The last few times we have ordered takeout our experiences have been interesting! From misplaced tickets to burnt or undercooked pizza. We were told nothing was wrong with this pizza! Such a soggy disgusting mess, not to mention-it had a total of 5 pepperonis on it. Unfortunately, they have lost our business.

Pizzas here used to be the best around, they are still pretty good but nothing like they were years ago. Very thing and always soggy and impossible to hold and eat. The meatball sub I got today was by far the worst sub I ever had. The meatballs were dry as dirt and hardly any sauce. Quality has seriously gone downhill here, waitstaff is always good and I feel bad for them because if the quality is bad their tips will reflect it even though it shouldn’t.

Get there and it wasn’t busy, waitress finally comes up to seat us and acts like she has an issue with us. Don’t even know this ding bat. Get seated, a couple shows up right after us, gets seated and drinks and we still haven’t even gotten a “hi”. Then after 10 minutes, 3 waitresses stand at the kitchen entrance and points at us like they have an issue with who will get out drink order. What in the world is up with the service there anymore?!?

The food was okay. But my last visit must have been an off day, because it shouldn’t have taken nearly 50 minutes for the 2 dishes we ordered. Chicken parm & Kris’ Salad doesn’t take 50 minutes, I’m sorry but they don’t.

Food was amazing. The pizza was delicious and filling. But the service was slow. It took 30 minutes for only 1 pizza.. The atmosphere was good. No screaming or annoying people. Overall 3 stars.
