Great place, really nice staff here. Vinnie’s Supreme and a Chicken Cutlet sub were FANTASTIC! Cannoli, too, and they filled it and dusted it with powdered sugar after I ordered it! I’ll be back!

Walked in to the place. it was definitely a very nice environment, the staff is charismatic, hospitable, and shows avidity when it comes to serving customers. The decor was amazing as well! I walked in, and ordered a cheesesteak, cheese fries, and a drink. Waiting time was short, and I did enjoy it. Only complaints I have is that the cheesesteak was a bit soggy from the oil, the cheese fries were sort of stuck together, the bread was hard to chew in, but not the soggy side. The whole cheesesteaks are definitely an admirable size, give them the benefit of the doubt. But I’d come back and try whatever else is on the menu, but not for the cheesesteaks next time.

We waited for around 10 minutes before actually being helped, despite being the only ones in the restaurants. I don’t normally mind waiting and generally am fine eith it, but when we were helped, the staff were not very friendly. My friend ordered and the man taking their order just said “What do you want?”. The food was alright – but my pizza had a bitter taste to it. I think it was the mushrooms. My friend who ordered said his pizza tasted fine.

First time at this restaurant. Called in an order that was taken by the owner. Should have been a clue when I had to repeat my order three times and spell my last name twice. Told me they were busy and it would be 40 minutes. No problem. Came 40 minutes later and they claimed that I didn’t put in an order. Finally found my order on paper, which he had put in the wrong place. No apology. Offered to make my pizza then. I declined. Going back to my usual pizza place. Don’t know how the pizzas, but the service was poor.

New owner kept the business intact. I ordered a slice of pizza and half a cheese steak and both were very delicious! The pizza is still same quality, New York style! Cheese Steak was flavorful and the breading was crispy yet soft to the bite, simply perfect!

I have always loved Vinnies but the new owners are great and the food is amazing as always! Sometimes when new owners take over things change but since they started things have been even more amazing! I recommend this place to everyone I know. Check out the chicken tenders so amazing

Staff is fantastic, very friendly and love Chef Juan. Pizza and cheese steaks are delicious, frequent here often after moving to the area and will continue to do so for years to come. After Juan acquired this place I can only see it going up from here. Just wish the interior was a bit more inviting but the staff makes up for it.
