Backed mostacolli is delicious and so is the pizza I can go on. Every time I call I’m greeted with such friendliness. This restaurant deserves a solid 5. I do wish dinning area was open but like many other businesses hard to get people to come to work. Great quality food.

Vince’s is a family owned business and everyone is treated like family since 1956. Generations of people travel for best Italian food and the quality has remained stellar. From homemade soups, pasta, the best Chicken Parmigiana sandwich and Seafood know wonder it has stood the test of time and neighborhood changes. Order out and pick up. You will not be disappointed. Don’t forget the thin crust pizza!

My family use to take us here when we were kids in the 80’s. I stopped in as I was visiting Chicago. I was literally shocked to see that there was no dine in anymore. I ordered calamari, appetizer platter and Liguine with calamari. The food was awful I thru it away. The calamari was mostly breading not cooked all the way. The linguini and calamari was so greasy and undercooked. So sad I remember how delicious the food was and how the place had a nice family vibe. Vince’s you let me down.

What an amazing pizza joint!! Flew into Signature Flight Support at Chicago Midway and had an hour and a half to kill before we flew out again, so we picked this place since it was only 3 minutes away. Got there and the dining room was closed due to staffing issues, we asked the owner (Vince’s son) if we could order take out and just sit at the bar and eat it. He begrudgingly obliged and simply said “Don’t expect great service!”. Well, we did not get great service, we got EXCEPTIONAL service! He chatted with us on and off for an hour, told us the history of the place, showed us the pictures on the walls of his family’s home town south of Rome, told us how badly he misses having his regulars coming and eating in the dining room. We ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, and it was absolutely fantastic. After he brought us our pizza, he brought out a plate of their homemade (shaved off of the bone and seasoned in-house) sausage, he said that is what they are famous for, but he didn’t want to push it on us when we ordered. He was not wrong! That was the best sausage I’ve ever had on a pizza. For those that give a lower rating because this establishment has been forced to go to carry out only, cut them some slack, it’s hard to get GOOD people to work these days. In the food business, no service is much less damaging to your reputation than bad service. And those that complain about the “decor” or “ambiance” being outdated, go to the Cheesecake Factory and eat mediocre overpriced food in a renovated “picturesque” setting and help their CEO buy another yacht, or a third house in the Cayman’s. However if you want a great pie and other Italian dishes made from scratch by the 2nd generation owner using his fathers 70 plus year old recipes, go to Vince’s!

Vinces never fails to amaze. Supports or meals last minute at the VFW and American Legion. When we order and say “thin crust, well done”… we get thin crust well done. There Italian sausage and beef with fries as just as good.

I really wish I lived closer to this incredible establishment but I am seeing the strain of life caving this place in ND it’s very sad. The food is still top notch but being a take out place now is painful to see the empty dining seats. Thank you Vinces.

Tried Vince’s while delivering to a local business. I got the thin cheese and sausage pizza with xtra sauce and co-driver got the small deep dish cheese and sausage. Both were picture perfect and very good. Cost was $33 with delivery.. will order again..

Love their menu . You can find anything you could be in the mood for. All the portions are huge , always some for lunch the next day. Ask for extra thin crust pizza and your choice of toppings , you can’t go wrong. Pasta dishes are very good .
