We were on our way home and our kids were super hungry. We called them to see if they could start working on our order so we don’t have to wait while we dine-in. They not only had our table ready but the order was accurate, they made sure it was hot and above all super nice and welcoming. Hard to find such top notch service with delicious food. Thank you!!

If I could have given the Service a negative scoring I most definitely would. Don’t ever order from Vince’s NY Pizza on Virginia Ave. They have poor customer service and do not honor what you order on their website, and also does not give you what the website requires you to make a selection of.

Ordered the Alfredo w/ Chicken to find that it and the garlic bread were all surprisingly well seasoned. I am so used to getting very plain chicken with Alfredo. Definitely want to come back and try their pizza because my partner’s food looked good.

Just ordered for my family. Friday evening splurge. Unfortunately I’m stuck in my office working while everyone ate. I ordered baked ziti with extra ricotta and meat sauce. It’s definitely not what I got. I had to put extra sauce in it just to get it to stir. There was so much mozzarella cheese, it was literally inedible. I called to talk to them, I was given to 3 different people until a male answered and told me “is impossible. I made that”. I told him I don’t care WHO made it, it’s inedible. When customers call, HEAR THEM and don’t get defensive. We are YOUR customers and we pay good money for what you provide. This was a 60$ order. I have a picture to post as well.

Excellent food the salad pizza and baked ziti was delicious. Extremely fast delivery. Everything was hot and delicious. They delivered to the pilot truck stop and we appreciated it so much. Thank you wish I could give you 10 stars or more

The waitress was nice and super friendly made me feel at home with her warm smile, enjoyed the meal and the owner made me feel welcome by going out of his way to make sure I was looked out for, it’s great when even the kitchen staff ask if I enjoyed my meal on the way out. Outstanding!!!!
