Vincent’s Pizza Trailer was an absolute pleasure to work with. My new husband and I used them for our post wedding celebration on June 17, 2023. Vincent, the owner, answered all of my phone calls, was patient, helpful, and so nice throughout them entire process. The pizza was DELICIOUS. All of guests raved about how good it was. The Caesar salad and Italian ices were excellent. The prices are unbeatable as I researched several companies. The setup and service was flawless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vincent’s Pizza Trailer. They are the BEST AND MOST ENJOYABLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!

We had them at a 40th birthday party. They were both fantastic. The pizza was so good with so many different varieties. He was also willing to make whatever you wanted. Then at the end they gave out Italian ices. They were friendly and so easy to talk to.

Looking for a five star authentic Italian pizzeria? Look no further! Vincent’s Woodfire Pizzeria Food Truck in East Setauket will give you a little taste of Italy. They are a husband and wife team who work very hard to serve the public with delicious food. All the ingredients are extremely fresh and no one can compete with Vinny’s pizza dough. I drive 4 towns over just to get his pizza. There are many different specialty pizza pies to choose from that won’t break the bank. He is very reasonably priced. Don’t just take my word for it, take a drive to Vinny’s and taste for yourself. Buon appetito.

We hosted an event today with about 250 people and Vincent’s did not disappoint. All of our guests were raving about the pizza and the staff was on point. Will definitely be using Vincent’s again. Great job guys!

We used their food truck services for our Member Appreciation Day for the Town of Hempstead’s CSEA Local 880 workforce. Their staff, service, and pizza was nothing but “excellent”. Highly recommend them, and I’m glad we have now found a food truck we will hire every year for our events.

Ordered 3 pies while our son was playing soccer inside the gym. After soccer practice was over, we picked up our pies and enjoyed them at home. We ordered one Margherita, one clam and one Staten Island. They all tasted really good. Crust was nice and thin and crispy. Plenty of toppings. A really solid pie.
