We have placed numerous pick up orders thru grub hub that would always be incorrect. Finally called to let the restaurant know about my $50 dollar-2 burger order being wrong, again. No apology at any point on a call that was over 3 minutes. She (Francine?) proceeded to inform me it’s not their fault, grub hub takes the payment. If the person who picked up the phone cared even 1%, they would have heard the payment nor the price is the issue. I was placed on hold while she spoke to Vincent, the owner, and he confirmed somehow grub hub is to blame for a lack of care or concern. I asked for only Provolone cheese on one burger. See the photo’s. Keep in mind the owner’s only interest was passing the blame to grub hub. Shameful on every level.

was not happy with this experience. Place was quiet, not many people there. took 10 minutes to get a menu and another 10 to get our drinks. asked what was on the loaded nachos and was told “everytbing l Nope no sour cream, no guac, no jalopenos and the cheese tasted and looked like cheese whiz. tHere was not that much meat and the nachos were very oily/greasy, was not drained after the fryer the sliders were good though it took 30 minutes to being our meal

When my 13 and 10 year old ask me daddy why is this place empty at 5:30pm there was a reason… we got the 36oz steak for close to $100 the steak had absolutely no flavor. The Mac and cheese was a microwave quick mix Mac the mash potatoes was the only thing my kids and I liked.

Thank goodness for Restaurant Week because I may not have found Vincent’s Steakhouse otherwise. The food was amazing and the friendly service was impeccable. For appetizers we enjoyed the BEST Steak Tacos, I have ever had & tried their Beer Cheddar Soup just scrumptious. Do NOT miss the MOST incredible French Dip sandwich hands down. Roast beef, provolone, french fried onions with a light horseradish sauce & the perfect ‘Au Jus’ for dipping, served with your choice of fries done right, hot & crispy. If you have room try their Chocolate Mouse cake made by the chef. I can’t wait to go back & try some of Vincent’s other dishes. I am not a relative, nor an employee but I am passionate about French Dip sandwiches. Thank you Vincent’s & staff!!!

I’ve been here several times for business lunch, great option if you need a nice place for lunch in Wantagh. I liked it so much I decided to try it for dinner. Not disappointed. The prime rib was cooked just as asked and everything was tasty. Service is prompt and friendly. Walkable to LIRR station.

Server was attentive and quick, Food was a solid NO for us. would not call the establishment a steak house. Wife strongly disliked the baked clams. I ordered a 18 ounce porterhouse cooked medium rare— was extra tough and not prepared correctly, As a vivid steak lover i was expecting a good dinner , very disappointed. Also the manager lacked communication skills and there was deff a bit of a language barrier. NO BUENO. I did enjoy the apple Jack mule though!! Bar seems to be up to par.

I had a great time with my partner here tonight! My server was Frank; he offered fantastic service. I took him up on his recommendation (stuffed salmon) and it was fantastic. My partner ordered the dry aged NY strip and it was so tender and delicious; definitely does not need any sauce but they do offer a variety of unique sauce toppings if you want! Everything they brought out was amazing. I highly recommend their stuffed clams and cocktails! I will be back! Thanks for a wonderful date night!
