I came across this restaurant on tiktok and immediately though “man, I have to try that panzarotti.” Well, I was not disappointed. Basically, it was like an oversized pizza pocket filled with delicious goodness.

The food was amazing & especially how fresh it tasted! I can see they’re famous from how many ubereats order came through while I was dining in, they definitely deserve the customers! The hospitality and the food did not disappoint!

Clearly their panzarotti’s are the best around, have grown up around here and eat them often and used to get them from there often but they always forget stuff. The older woman with the grey/blondish hair, always super rude. Last time, they forgot part of my order, called to let them know but no I was not coming back the same night to get it, so they said I would have a credit for next time. Well wanted to get it today but apparently the credit is only good for two weeks? No one told me, and I’m sorry but I don’t want to deal with a filthy attitude every time I order food so I didn’t return within the two weeks but wish I would have known that. Such a shame, such a good, neat little spot that’s been there forever except the employees are less than deplorable. They need to fix that asap.

Great original panzorattis I would give them a 4 stars on the panzarottis. My biggest issue with this place is customer service, the lady behind the counter is very very rude and short, always has an attitude every time I order from there, it’s ashame I would order more but I’m not big on supporting businesses where they can’t even get a grasp on customer service. Panzarottis is 4 stars, customer service is 1 star, overall 3 stars I’d rate this business. Hope you guys make some changes in the very near future. I’ve talked to many people, family and friends and their complaints all fall in the same line with that older blonde haired lady that works the counter and the customer service she displays or should I say lack of customer service she displays.

3.5 stars…The panzarottis are all I usually order and they’re always good. It’s the customer service that isn’t that great. A couple weeks ago I ordered and the young people they had working got my order wrong and it had some really weird looking meat in it. When I called to let them know, it was close to closing time and the girl who answered had a bit of an attitude. They corrected it. I also ordered funnel cake fries (out of curiosity) and they had weird smell and were nasty. I didn’t bother complaining because I didn’t feel like going back and forth so I just took the L. The older lady usually always seems to be in a mood…

Great place but they need more help on Tuesdays when the Panzarottis are on sale ..I waited over an hour for my order and the lady kept telling me it wasn’t out yet..when I did it get it…it wasn’t even hot anymore.

foods good but they have forgotten parts of orders at least five times, when you call to say something you get a very abrasive raspy voices woman who says things like “i don’t know what to tell you” or “ohhh well” when asking to speak to a manager they are never there or they just have the phone off to another person who sounds like they are 17 and gives the same answers.
