Add this to the list of best restaurants I’ve been to in America. Mocktails, chicken liver mousse, roasted baby beets, poached pear & burrata salad, grilled Mountain View pork chop, and Maine lobster risotto. Unassuming, laid back spot with highly attentive service and killer food

Vin48 was recommended to us by a chef in Vail Village. If a chef recommends a restaurant that isn’t his, you go! We are so happy we did! Best meal. 10/10 stars. Don’t research other restaurants, just come here. Seriously.

Visited Vin48 for the first time last night. There were 4 of us. The service was excellent! The food and wine selections were both amazing.

Wonderful dinner! Perfect service. We had a nice bottle of white wine from Italy. We ordered crispy Brussel sprouts, truffle fries, (a little light on the truffle flavor), and goat cheese with beets as appetizers. Two of us had the Shrimp with Spinach linguine in a lemon butter sauce, with garlic and tomatoes. So good!!! One of us had the Tuna and one had the chicken pate. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We were too stuffed to order dessert, but the dessert menu was tempting.

A must in the area, tapas style food and everything was amazing! Meatballs were my top pick.

Great service. For the price of food we get, I expected better. Calamari was on the salty side with a lot of breading, and the sauce on it was OK. Meatball was nothing special. Rockefeller oyster was decent. The best dish was the dessert Crème brûlée.

excellent restaurant in avon! they have an extremely unique menu of various meat and sea food items. we absolutely loved the truffle fries, arancini, mussels, calamari, tuna, meatballs, basically all the small plates and then we got the truffle risotto. all was amazing. would absolutely come again

Been to this nice restaurant many times and it’s always first class. Tonight my wife’s chicken was excellent. The wine was great. However, the Manhattan steak was not so good. The one that was brought out was extremely tough and even hard to cut into. Our lovely server offered to bring out a new one but I said I would fight through it. To her credit, she insisted on bringing out a new one and I asked for it to be Medallion cut. The replacement came out and should have been medium rare, but when I laid out the cuts it was simply very rare to raw with lots of fat as well. I simply refused to eat it and told her to just take it off the bill. To my surprise the wonderful Manager Dana immediately came over and admitted that they failed on the steak. He explained that they usually get great cuts from the provider, but recently not so much and he actually called the owner and told him they simply can’t be offering this kind of steak as this was not the first bad cut he has seen this evening. Dana did not charge me for the steak as well as the wine and offered a free desert. Dana did exactly what I’d expect a Manager to do in this caliber of a restaurant and that alone makes me want to come back again whichever we will do so!
