My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this wonderful romantic wine bar/ restaurant by accident last Saturday evening. We ordered cocktails, a chef made sausage flight, mushroom ravioli, a fresh salad and delicious chocolate decadence cake. We shared it all. We couldn’t have been more delighted! It was magical and it’s hard to believe we didn’t know about it before. (It is tucked away in an unlikely place.)

A wonderful dining experience. The staff are attentive and welcoming. My friend and I came for the Friday lobster special but everything we’ve tried on the menu so far has been excellent. They have a lovely set up so you can sit inside or out on the covered patio.

If you have not come to visit this place yet, you are truly missing out. Chef Roberto Rose has put together an incredible food menu unlike anything around Discovery Bay and I have personally watched as he and my parents worked so hard on the wine selection. Some might say I am biased because my father is one of the owners, however, if you know me, you know how picky of an eater I am! I have worked my way through half of the menu and everything has been full of flavor and oh so delicious!

I went here for a post Mother’s Day dinner with my mom and it was pretty good. It’s always weird to get a good meal in a burned out strip mall but good food trumps all. She wanted to come here for the lobster they offer in limited supply on Fridays and it was pricey but well worth it. The menu was limited but everything looked good and tasted great. They offer a large wine selection and service was fair. My mom had enough lobster to last for days.

Small and cozy interior with outdoor seating as well. The outdoor area felt a little boxed in until the staff opened a tall covered gate that let the breeze come through. Staff was courteous and friendly, though a little nervous. Food was presented well. The only downside was the wait for the order, apparently they had some oven issues.
