Some of the best food in Winchester! Usually rotate their menu, so they have new options pretty regularly. Will always get the strawberry shortcake for dessert! Best in town!! Prices are definitely worth it and the staff is amazing!

My wife and I have been coming to Village Square for a couple years. Every time we fall in love over and over with with fantastic staff, delicious menu, and expertly crafted cocktails. This place has a mellow, quiet vibe inside, and comfortable outdoor seating outside if the weather is nice. Menu options change occasionally, and daily specials rotate providing some excellent variety. A must visit! Ask to sit in Jeff’s section.

Always a great experience. A great choice in Winchester for a fresh and creative meal. The menu and its ingredients rotate based on the season and blends flavors to form the perfect foods! We started out with their homemade biscuits, which are truly the best I’ve had (coming from a carb lover). The chophouse salad was fresh and perfectly dressed. The cod goujons was fried to perfection, and aside from being perfectly seasoned, the preserved lemon tartar sauce that accompanied it was amazing! The scallops were also amazing, and I’m still obsessed with the succotash and sundried tomato/chimoy sauce!! The staff is always very helpful, punctual, and friendly. Everyone was very attentive and always making sure we had enough water and dishes were cleared immediately. Their attention to great service is truly superb. Ambiance is quaint and rustic with elegance. Perfect for date night! Highly recommend to try at least once (though trust me, it’ll turn into numerous occasions)!

I think the three of us left wondering if it was worth the $250 tab, but it was not a bad meal per se. The outdoor dining is great, the service was mostly good, and the food was …okay. We had entrees from the cheapest burger to one of the most expensive fish specials, and they were just okay. The Churrasco Steak was okay, but the portions were small (look, I get this isn’t stuff yourself Golden Corral, but still), the wifes burger was fairly bland (again, it was $18, so you expect a slightly upgraded burger of all things) and my friends fish was very good but a very small portion. I did enjoy the blood orange margarita as should any $14 cocktail. The service was mostly good, except when I asked for bread and the server said it was upon request. That’s fine, but you never asked if we wanted any and we would have not even known you had bread if not for me seeing prior pictures and reviews of the bread, haha! We left feeling it was average for the price and would not rule it out again, but with all of the other great options in town, is not my first choice.

Village Square is the best fine dining restaurant in the area, hands down! The quality of the food is second to none and they even offer $1 oysters periodically! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the bartenders make a mean Old Fashioned!
