I am one who really hates leaving a bad review to local business. My experience at first was pleasant. Went for lunch to grab a few slice. Theguy behind the counter was helpful and polite. Once the pizza was done the crust was too soggy and the slice itself had no real taste (very bland) not even the sauce…that was just their basic cheese…I powered through it. Next I had a slice of pepperoni…midway through I noticed the something on the crust which I just thought It was a burnt section (sorry for sharing the image but had to share) protein no extra charge. The insect was stuck to the crust toasted. My stomach turned upside down. When I went to speak to the gentleman behind the counter instead of acknowledging the incident he proceeded to deny deny deny the situation claiming that it was at my table when the insect go on to the slice. You can clearly see him crushed by the crust and toasted. Situations happen and by far not the worst I seen. It’s just the way you handle it is how you can change the experience for the customer (in his defense he offered to give me a new slice but my stomach was already upset) taking accountability for the incident help mediate the conflict and refund given. All I received was denial and another slice of the same pie.

My daughter and I stopped in to buy 2 meatball subs on our overnight stay at a local hotel. The subs were so big that we ended up sharing one and saving one for the next day. They were delicious. Friendly staff, fast service, great food.

I came here for dinner with the intent of eating something fairly healthy. However the guy behind the counter convinced me to try a cheesesteak and wings. I countered with a sauce that wasn’t on their wings menu but they just all the ingredients. I asked him to combine hot sauce and cheese sauce and swirl it all together. I’m glad he tried it because it turned out very well. There weren’t any real surprises about the meal I got, The steak arrived and even though it was served with warm pizza dough bread it was still delicious. I’d come here again if I was in the area.

We loved Village Pizza & Subs. We used to always go when it was Lio’s pizza. Kids got stromboli & we got a half pepperoni & cheese pizza. Their pizza is so cheesy! #delicious

I keep giving this place second chances. Their food is good and there are local business that I would like to support but they have one big problem. They are insanely disorganized and it never changes. Every time I go they are confused and frantic, arguing with each other and missing items from people’s orders. If someone would just take charge and organize those at the front, this place would be good. I gave four stars simply because I hope they do fix that problem. Their Italian sub is wonderful.

staying in a hotel and ordered food, Food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Looked good. Was hot. Asked for you tensiles plates and ketchup didn’t get any of it called back said I will send it. It might be a while 45 minutes later. Still nothing. So I had to eat my food with my fingers If you want food you can’t eat unless you use your fingers. Call this place
