I did my usual pizza run. I called Village and ordered my husband’s favorite fancy pizza, CSA, waited 10 minutes, ordered my cheaper Domino’s cheese pizzas for my kids, and then headed out.

Charged $5 for extra onions & cheese, the pizza sauce tasted like tomato paste from the can. The first time we ate there a couple years ago, it was good. Now we’ll never go back!!!

I really hate to leave this review but the experience was just that bad. The family has eaten at Village Pizza for years and have had hardly any problems until this evening. Pizza has no sauce, hardly any cheese, overcooked, and just plain bad. Very disappointing that the wings are not fried and are baked, that’s extremely disappointing. Bread sticks had no flavor, marinara was watery and tasteless, and I didn’t get the dipping sauces for the wings I wanted. Overall this was a 0 star experience but I can’t give them 1 star because of my past experiences, maybe they had a really rough night.

I typically don’t leave bad reviews, but after one horrible experience after another this past year AND e-mailing a very lengthy message about a bad experience with a ‘manager’, I received no reply after almost a week. If the owners are as negligent as their hired staff, it’s easier to see why we were mistreated and received very poor quality food. I’m more than disappointed in the last year at Village, and our poor quality food and service. I’ve been going to Village since 1991, but I will not go back. All the chances are over, and I’m so sad that our favorite place no longer serves quality food.

It’s a fine local pizza place. I’ve had a variety of their different pizza sauces, appetizers, etc. It’s been pretty tasty for the most part, but there was a bad experience with a horribly overcooked pizza that was missing ingredients. They gave us a gift card, but it’s tough to make up a bad experience that easily.

This place is fired! The lady, (owner), should be put in jail for being a thief. The menu is misleading, black marker hand written, confusing prices it’s a mess. They charge $11.00 for a tiny 10″ pizza with cheese only. Toppings are $2.50 a piece. We paid $17.50 for a 2 topping kiddie pizza. Subs went from $6.95 to $10.00 a piece, increase of $3.00 extra per sub. Rip off, gouging the customer. She ought to be ashamed. We will tell everyone to stay away from this highway robbery pizza place. Unbelievable.

Outstanding product quality and service. We were in about 4:30pm, and the staff was efficient, polite, and attentive. We’ll be back!

The pizza we ordered took quite a bit of time to get to the table. Once we got it we took a bite and it was cold and the crust was soggy like it had been sitting for awhile. Told the waitress and she said “Cold? I just pulled it from the oven.” There is no chance this was the truth. The table next to us got their pizza and you could tell it was fresh from the oven as the cheese was stringy when pulled from the pie. The cheese on ours was cold and chunky like cheese is on a cold pizza. Also neither of us were offered a refill of our drinks that had been empty for half the time we were in the restaurant. Paid and left more than half of a pizza on the table. Went home and had chips and dip for lunch.
