Finally found a great Mediterranean restaurant in the Carlsbad / Oceanside area! The food is very authentic and so flavorful and fresh. We ordered the chicken shawarma entree, and the kids ordered a chicken kebab plate. The place is very calming and casual! A must eat place if you’re visiting the village.

Stopped by heading out to visit family and loved everything about this place. Nice atmosphere and super inviting. Got the chicken Schwarama meal and it was so big my fiance and I were able to split it. That’s saying something! Everything on the plate was super tasty. Will definitely be back to eat again on the way home.

My husband and I ordered a basic chicken kabob meal to go. There was barely any chicken on our plate, they didn’t put any silverware in the bag so we had to go home to eat and everything was overpriced. (The regular fountain drinks were $5 each)

Our favorite restaurant in Carlsbad. The delicious red lentil soup, homemade, was a good portion to share, especially with the warm fresh pita. The chicken kabob platter was tasty too, moist, seasoned chicken with grilled tomato and rice.

The pita! You have to get the pita. It is house made, not some store bought like mist places serve. It is served warm and is hearty with a great chew. It melds perfectly with the creamy, rich hummus, packed with a punch of flavor.
