I do believe that tonight is the last time I order from Village Inn in Bethlehem. I understand that the cost of ingredients have gone up this year because of inflation. As a result we are paying higher prices which I wouldn’t mind if I was getting what I payed for. The crust has gotten so thin that you can almost see through the pizza and the amount of cheese and toppings are a lot less than they use to be. We have been eating at this location for almost 17 years.

I like the layout of this restaurant. Usually it is a pretty easy quick meal. Usually This particular VIP keeps the Buffet stocked up. Tonight idk what the deal was but it was lacking in almost every way. Buffet was low on pizza and salad the entire time. The place was a mess with dirty dishes and tables. And the ice cream machine stopped working mid visit. For the majority of these reasons is why I stopped going to the one in Taylorsville. Hate to say it but was slightly disappointed this time.

Normally, our experiences at Village Inn are pretty good. Our most recent experience was a little disappointing. We called in an order to pick up. On arrival, several staff made eye contact, but no one came to the counter. After a couple minutes, one person stopped what he was doing to see what I needed. He was friendly, but must have been new because he didn’t ring up our order correctly at first. Once I got home with our meal, i discovered soggy, “lightly baked” crust that stuck to the bottom of the box. Maybe it was an off night. It wasn’t as good as usual. Hopefully next time will be better, because I prefer Village in over the new pizza place.

Village Inn is my favorite pizza place or it was . This location was a disappointment. They did ask us what pizza we wanted on the bar . The staff was friendly but the pizza that was on the bar was dried out & had been sitting there for awhile . The salad bar was terrible which is unusual for Village Inn. I was really disappointed with this place . I understand that food prices are sky high but the crust on the pizza was a joke and the salad bar was gross . Paper thin crust and I love thin crust but this was soggy and toppings just fell off . Do better Village Inn ,yall use to be the best pizza place !

We had lunch here today and it was great. The employees were very nice and friendly. They asked us what kind of pizza we liked. That was awesome! Never been asked before. That goes a long way. Salad bar was fresh, and lots to choose from. Pizza buffet was great. Very clean. We had a great experience. Highly recommend this place. We will be back. Plenty of seating.

I had heard many good things about how much better this VIP was compared to others… Well, it is true! I could not believe it, everything was awesome and the crustless pizza is fantastic. Salad bar is great, clean and very well stocked. The waitress said they would make whatever kind of pizza we wanted if we got the buffet and also soft serve ice cream comes with the buffet. So to sum it up… GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES!!!!

horribly thin and no sauce on the pizza. don’t know how you could even call it pizza. i understand there’s a chicago style option, but their base pizza basically being a flatbread with rubbery cheese on it is just a tragedy

As Lisa mentioned, we bought 2 large pizza’s. They asked if we wanted to leave a tip on a take out order. You could almost see through the pizza’s. We know their pizza is thin, this is a bit shall I say, a bit too less. Done with them.
